Review Over all we had a great experience with Maria in both selling our home, and in helping us find our home afterwards. I would recommend Maria to any of my friends and family in need of real estate services. Please see the rest of my review for more detail. Maria and her team were able to help us list our house and get it sold fast with a fair market value assessment of the value that was not just pleasing to us, but really took the time to look at the rest of the market in detail to foster a understanding of what we could expect for a price and how it would affect the timing of the sale. As a testament to both her marketing ability and teeing us up correctly, we had a full price offer, that turned in to the sale within a week. Although market conditions may vary for others situations, Maria blew out the stops to get us out in front of the competition, and sold our home over many others of similar price and quality that had been on the market for a longer time. On the purchase of the new property we purchased with Maria, we were looking for a very unique property in a lake home. Maria had the patients to show us a multitude of homes, and really helped us dial in the features and price to get the real value of what we should be paying, rather then just selling us the first one we liked. In the end Maria had to negotiate with the owner to get the deal done for us, and we ended up with a property that we are in to for the right price, and couldnt be more pleased.
