ZillowVERIFIED Maria did a great job! She helped with every aspect of buying our house. She helped us fine what area was the best. What neighborhood was the best for us. She kept us updated on the type of house that we were looking for in that area. She made herself available seven days a week at any time day or night that was convenient for us, even late evening on Sunday. Maria helped with the whole negotiation process until the final closing. She even helped us find the best bank with the lowest rates and people that were great to work with. Even though the final papers have been signed, she is always available to ask questions about little things that we did not know about the house, the neighborhood and the town. My wife and I would highly recommend Maria to be your next realtor!

One day after contacting Maria and describing what we were looking for, she showed us the home we've always dreamed of. She then gave us advice on prepping our home to sell and within a week, after doing some minor improvements, we had it listed, had showings every day and sold it in 11 DAYS! Without this quick of a sale, we very easily could have missed out on our current home as it's located in a very desirable real estate area. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable Maria and her assistant Whitney were with every single aspect of this experience, from the inspections, finances, move in day, etc. They both went way above and beyond and were so easily accessible by phone or email if we had any questions or concerns along the way, something I quickly came to appreciate more than ever. ZillowVERIFIED If you need to sell your home or you are looking for a home, Maria is your realtor. She is so knowledgeable, gives great advice, is straightforward (a must!) and also very fun! When selling your home, she does her research and makes sure it's priced right. Our house sold in 2 weeks and this definitely takes out a lot of the stress. We were fortunate to find a house within a week, so everything worked out perfectly with some excellent coordination from Maria and her assistant, Whitney. Maria has great vision, so when looking at houses she can see potential that I can not. She has so many awesome ideas! Maria and Whitney are a great team and make this stressful time feel easy!

In just a few days, she sent us links to look at and set up showings for houses. She showed us different areas of the community, along with the pros and cons. She was honest, easy to work with, fun but most importantly listened to our needs. However, it did not stop there. She followed through and continued to monitor our loan process, inspections and just a general "how are you doing?" as we were leaving a community after quite awhile. After the move, she stopped by again to see how things were and to see if we had any questions. Great follow through from the beginning to the end.

She performed exceptionally and she made the entire process as stress-free as possible. It was a Seller's market for the type of property we were looking for, so timing to find the right place was critical. Maria toured us through multiple homes virtually, before we ever had to make a trip in from out of state! When we did find the place to put an offer on, her negotiation skills and intuition secured the house for us, literally from another buyer going back and forth with the seller. We'll always choose to be on the winning side with Maria! Review from 2012: We were referred to Maria through a relocation company to look at renting a home in the Iowa City area. Maria was incredibly flexible with her schedule, knowledgable about the community & the local real estate market, and she worked very hard for us even though there was virtually zero commission involved. We ended up pursuing the purchase of a home and Maria's expertise in the home buying process and her superb negotiation skills helped us find and secure the right home for us!
