We sent a message to Buffalo Home Realty inquiring about setting up a meeting with them to see if they would be a good fit with us. They responded quickly and set an appointment to meet and discuss the process of selling our home. During this meeting they explained the stages to prepare our house to be put on the market. We were impressed with their knowledge, ideas and how prepared they were to get the process started. After this first meeting, we were confident with their abilities to get the job done quickly. They did not disappoint as our home sold within a week. Anna and Maria were very easy to work with as they stagged our house for sale. We believe the amazing staging they completed on the house is what helped it sell fast. During this entire process Anna and Maria were very responsive to any questions we had. ZillowVERIFIED Maria and Anna are both amazing. We showed up to an open house which they were representing and we ended purchasing that home. They were very helpful, normal(which seems rare in this market because my wife and I had multiple weird realtors representing at other houses we looked at), knowledge and very kind. We were so pleased with their services, recommendations for attorney & mortgage lender, (of which we used all of them). Our family also choose Buffalo Home Realty to sell our house as wel without hesitation!!-which we sold within 5 days). ZillowVERIFIED Diving into looking into my first home was a very scary thought. I had looked at houses and nothing felt right. I found an old home that checked off all of my boxes and was ready to make the dive to make it mine. I hadn't had much luck through a previous realtor and felt defeated. A friend of mine who had worked with Anna and Maria had told them what I was looking at and I had received a phonecall from them to chat. They immediately began guiding me through each step. They had gotten to work immediately, preparing me for bidding on the home, what would hopefully come next, and they never left me without an answer. And then the house was mine. Any question I had, things I was confused on, afraid of, was met with understanding and support. They continue to be there for me with plans for renovation, helping me to feel confident in the things that I am doing as a new homeowner. Overall, they have made this process as smooth as they could. I am very grateful for their hard work and I am looking forward to getting to work on making my new house a home with their renovation suggestions. I am more than happy I chose them as my realtors and am more than confident that with anything I may run into or need in the future.
