ZillowVERIFIED Being a first-time home seller Maria made everything so easy. She walked me through the entire process and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She was extremely communicative and was able to answer all of my questions, no matter how trivial. She graciously made sure to be available to me way past regular business hours and even into the weekends. She was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable in preparing my home before listing and made sure everything was in order. During one of our initial meetings, she suggested subtle changes and/or ideas that would help to give my home more curb appeal. I listened and understood her advice which resulted in selling my home way above the listing price. Maria consistently went above and beyond in her efforts to make the entire process of selling my home stress-free. Her professionalism, honesty, integrity and dedicated work ethic made the experience so straight forward and effortlessly seamless. I was simply amazed by her energy, enthusiasm and organization. During one of the few days, she showed my home, due to COVID protocols, only small groups of potential buyers were permitted to enter the house at a time. Maria scheduled showings that day every 15 minutes. Always keeping everything continuously moving and orderly. I honestly believe she must have shown the property to 30 interested groups of buyers or more. She was there the entire day!!! It was definitely a sight to see!!! There is no one else Id rather go to or trust more than her!! My experience with Maria could not have been better.

From the first day I met her she was prepared and on top of her game. Quick with emails and text message responses. Odd if she never answered my phone call, but when that did happen always got a call back in a very reasonable time.
