Maria is excellent! I was a first-time buyer. She understood our needs including budget and location. She was very patient as we looked at many properties. Maria is the best ! She helped me every step of the way. I am 24 & a first time home owner & I didnt have much knowledge on anything (besides taking a FTHO class) She answered all my questions even when she wasnt sure she would find a way. I love that she understood that I had a budget & didnt waste time showing me homes that I couldnt afford. Sweet personality, easy to work with & very efficient. I started looking for a home I believe the end of May and had a contract signed by July. I moved in at the end of August. Although this review is long overdue I'm here to say that I would refer her to anyone ! Great Work & I thank you so much :)
