ZillowVERIFIEDIt was amazing working with Maria. We had decided last second to view some homes via Zillow and Maria offered to show our family through them. She pointed out positives in every homes, neighborhood and city we visited while keeping us grounded with any issues to be aware of. Once we found our dream home, Maria worked feverishly with the seller to ensure a quick and concise transaction. We were so pleased with the purchasing experience with Maria we utilized her services to sell our home as well. The attention to detail with how the house was staged, photographed and listed was very thorough. My wife and I often commented about seeing our house advertised across so many different mediums. During negotiations and processing delays, Maria was sure to keep a clear line of communication with both ourselves and the buyers and made sure it was as easy of a home sale as possible. I definitely recommend Maria (my extended family has already enlisted her services!).

ZillowVERIFIED Maria ended up being the best connection for us in S. Carolina to buy a home and meet a new friend. She is so committed to making finding a home a pleasure, very attentive to specific needs we were looking for in a home as well as available. It always felt like she was our personal realtor even though she has other clients. We had her looking for a home in several different counties for us since we were new to S. Carolina. She is tireless in her efforts to find the right home for her clients. She genuinely wanted us to be happy, without regrets of buying a money pit. She looks out for her clients, we could see she loves her job working with people. Her integrity and knowledge of finding a sound home put us at ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria was an excellent choice for us as a realtor. Our home purchase was mostly conducted from out-of-state and Maria was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. Her attention to detail and flexibility in scheduling and meeting with a variety of professionals in our absence exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future and have already recommended her to local family members.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to work with Maria. My family was under quite a bit of stress working on an extremely short timeline to find our new home before our kids started school. Maria made herself available to us at all times including holiday weekend evenings. Maria was very attentive in finding exactly what we were looking for and helped us gracefully extricate ourselves from a bad situation involving another realtor. While my husband had purchased and sold homes before, this was my first time buying a home. Maria was wonderful walking me through each detail of the process. I appreciated Maria's timely responses to email communication regarding utilities, schools etc. Maria even brought in a cleaning crew the day prior to our move in so that everything was perfect. Know that she will work hard for you and be in your corner every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Could not imagine a better experience. Maria helped us through the dizzying process of selling and buying a home at the same time in a way that made it feel easy! Maria is very quick to respond to any questions we had, and addressed every concern that was brought up. I don't think we'd have had anywhere near as good of a time with another realtor, and I will be sending everyone I know that needs to sell or buy a home her way.

ZillowVERIFIED Cant even thoroughly express how amazing this woman right here is! If you are looking for a realtor than she is it! First of all, she sold our home in less than a month during a pandemic! Also, I ask a million question and she answered every one with a smile. She went to bat for us multiple times and always made sure we were happy. She reassured us when we were anxious and celebrated with us through each exciting moment. She truly became more than our realtor! Check out Maria Kozak with Impact Realty Group! You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria recently assisted us with the sale of our old home AND the purchase of our new home. At first, this seemed like an overwhelming process, but Maria made it simple, understandable, and enjoyable! She made appointments for us to view every home we asked, there were even some we saw twice (in the same day). She is knowledgeable of the current market: pricing, trends, resale value. We have come to highly respect her opinion and trust that she is our voice in the negotiation process. Maria is honest, upfront, and hardworking. We were pleased with how easy this transition was for our family. We will be using Maria again in the future. Thanks for the fun experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria is very good at what she does as a realtor and a person. Maria was very patient with my wife and I because we have different ideas of what we wanted in a new home. We had looked for months then we put the house we were living in on the market with the anticipation of it taking just enough time for us to find a home we both agreed on. Our house sold in eight days and we hadnt found a home we wanted. Maria understands the market and the business which is why our house sold so quick. Well off to the hotel we go. Maria checked in with us and worked with us patiently till we found the home we both wanted. The process of the purchase wasnt eight days but Maria did what she could to have it close as soon as possible. I feel so confident with Maria I have my daughter working with her for the purchase of her first home. She has walked her through every step with patience and explaining every question asked. We are glad we had the chance to have Maria as our realtor but she is now much more than that. For my family and I Maria has become apart of our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria is an absolute gem! She happened to be the listing agent for a property that I looked at casually. I liked her so much that when I was ready to buy, I knew she would be my first and only choice as a realtor. Maria paid that trust back over and over by working incredibly hard to find a home for us. She is a great listener, very responsive, and utterly trustworthy. Maria has a super manner and is capable of dealing with the unpredictable nature of real estate. I was working with her long-distance, so we had limited time to actually view properties while in-town for a visit. Maria suggested and scheduled viewings and spent hours looking at properties with us. She made a stressful time pleasant and handled any unexpected developments with professionalism. I cannot imagine another person working as hard as Maria did and with such a great sense of humour and kindness. I highly recommend her!
