She and her team gave me good advice to get it ready for sale (move the couch to the right and hide the power cords!) and then pushed hard before a holiday weekend to get it listed, even holding an open house on short notice. A contract was signed three days later. She operates with the precision and speed of an experienced professional while empathizing with the anxiety that real estate transactions can generate for lots of regular people like me. Many times she reached out to me just to see if there was anything I needed. She was always easy to contact and listened to any concerns along the way, though there were actually very few of those.
