In fact---and at the risk of sounding like a commercial---I can't imagine working with, or recommending, anybody else in the southwest suburbs going forward.My mother decided to sell her home several years ago. I tried to help her with the process, but we weren't having any success at all. She'd worked with five different real estate agents with the same results. A handful of open houses and some newspaper ads, but very few showings. Most seemed more interested in lowering the price than working hard to find the right buyer.Then we were referred to Frank and Ivette. From the first meeting, something seemed different. Frank was very direct about the challenges with the property. But while most realtors seemed to overpromise and underdeliver, Frank very clearly managed my mother's expectations. Most importantly, though, he mapped out a specific plan and showed how he and Ivette would list, market and show the house.And they delivered. During the time we've worked with Frank and Ivette, they've marketed aggressively and had more showings in the first few months than all of the previous realtors combined. They certainly get the "little things" right. The things you'd hope and expect they would. They're (very) responsive, they work hard and they communicate often. They have a process. And it works. I think the biggest takeaway from listing with Frank and Ivette was simple. They go above and beyond. They not only deliver on their commitments, I always got the sense that they were truly looking out for my mother's best interest. That was really clear when my mother had a change of heart and decided to stay in the family home. Even at that point, and after all of the time they'd invested, Frank and Ivette were very understanding and accommodating. And that left a strong impression.If you're currently working with a realtor and they're just not getting it done for you, and based on this experience, I'd highly recommend that you reach out to Frank and Ivette.
