Maria helped my wife and I with the sell of our home and purchase of our new house and we have no regrets in our choice! Never did we feel uninformed/out of the loop during the process. She made us feel as though we were her only clients (even though I know we were not), always having time for us and never making us feel bad for bothering her at 8PM with questions about houses we saw online! She was in our corner for every bit of it, helping us to get the best price on our house and get the house we wanted for the best price possible. She was on top of every aspect of the whole process, even when it came to the lenders paperwork, she was in constant contact with them which allowed us to close a week early on our house! She was professional and yet excellent with my children (3 and >1). Last of all she is very technology oriented! We used a electronic service to sign paperwork for offers and such, which made that go very quickly, and communicating through email and text messages made life great allowing you to get back with her on your schedule. All in all we are very happy we went with Maria with both the purchase and selling of our house!

I was getting emails from her before I woke up, and long after most people would mail it in for the day. She responded to my calls, texts, and emails almost as though she were just waiting for me to reach out. She was the consummate professional. But don't take it from me. The woman at the title company (who claimed to have been in business for 30 years) and my lender (a banker of more than 30 years herself) both commented repeatedly on how fast, efficient, and professional Maria was. My lender even emailed several days after the closing to say "what a breath of fresh air" it was to work with Maria. In short. She rocks.
