ZillowVERIFIEDMaria helped us buy our first house. When we were looking, she would give us her honest opinion and help us make an educated decision. When our offer was accepted on the house, it ended up not being the smoothest transaction. However, Maria was always there to assist and fight on our behalf - even after we closed on the house. She was always available and on point when speaking with her, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend working with her as we always felt she had our back.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria did an outstanding job helping us sell my parents house in what felt like record time. Shes incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She patiently walked us through everything that needed to get done for us to sell the house. She found us a skilled handyman quickly to make some necessary repairs to the house so that it could receive a Certificate of Continued Occupancy from the town. She did her research and priced the house perfectly to generate immediate interest and bids. She also staged the house using some of the existing furniture so there was no extra staging costs. After just 1 open house, we had 4 immediate bids with 2 over asking price. She helped us find a real estate attorney and, overall, just made the whole sell process as seamless as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria was amazing right through the process of selling our home. She was able to get us the help of a handyman to get some repairs done and got the house listed in less than a week after our tenants moved. Not just that, she was able to get multiple buyers right after the first open house. Her knowledge of the market in Wayne NJ and our condominium, being able to guide us with the right price point to list house made the whole experience very easy. She was super proactive and always available to help with any query. To top it all, she is an excellent individual and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Helping with buying or selling is somewhat of a short term engagement and many realtors might provide a decent experience with it. We have known Maria for over 13 years and she provided an amazing service over these years helping us maintain our home, find tenants, get the contracts together, work with insurance and home appliance services, maintain communication. In short, she is an extremely professional individual and is the right choice for anyone who is looking for a realtor to work for them and not for himself/herself. Thank you, Maria.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria did well with advice to get the house ready for the market. She was very good with the open house, I liked how she made it personal for each prospective buyer by locking all doors and have a line outside waiting to enter. This way it was not over whelming for her or for us worried about something being stolen with so many people at a time. Shes was very informative with every offer and finally with the final one. It was a divorce so she had two of us to deal with and two lawyers but really one main one for the closing. There was alot of problems with loans for buyer kept getting posponed the closing but we finally did it with her help. Any question i had she got back to me very quickly with an answer. My only thought when the house was pending why wasn't a sign saying that put under hers.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria was nothing short of amazing. This is our very first home and to say we knew nothing about what we were doing through this process is an understatement. She understood exactly what we needed and offered us such fitting places, we weren't even sure which to choose at first. We visited houses for a single afternoon and ended up buying the first one she showed us. She walked us through each step we needed to make sure we'd secure it, even connecting us with an attorney and negotiating a really great deal. We couldn't have had a better experience.
