Then I was later informed that I was denied due to owners not accepting large dogs. She should've told me prior to application. We hadn't been in NJ very long and hadn't fully narrowed down an area we were set on buying in but only had a couple months to find and close on a home in a very tough market. Maria was extremely responsive to all communication, our endless questions, presented us with houses hitting the market, and was down to bring us to any houses we were interested in, spanning a good chunk of Central New Jersey. She made it clear she was on our side with zero sales pressure when we decided to pull our offer on a house. When we finally found the house we loved, she walked us through the entire process with her professional thoughts on what a strong offer would be price wise and everything else we should include, setting us up with a real estate attorney, all the back and forth, getting us set up with a home inspector and doing the walkthrough with us, reaching out to the township with a few of our questions, helping navigate an unforeseen issue on closing day, and finally giving us the keys to our first home! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. Expect incessant, bordering on harassing, phone calls, emails and snail mailers. If for some reason you do choose to hire her to list your home, be prepared to spend a lot of money for "staging".

When I was searching for someone to sell my home, she was responsive and informative, emailing a presentation, which she updated regularly with new comps - all before we even signed. When she came to our home for the first time, she offered great advice for how we should get our home ready - advice I did not necessarily want to hear, but she was spot on. We followed her advice and sold our home for asking price in less than 24 hours after it went on the market - we closed 45 days later. Her insight into the local market and pricing strategy made all the difference. In the midst of selling, our oldest daughter and her boyfriend were getting ready to move into their own place - Maria even helped with that, showing them several condos for rent and seeing them through the leasing process start to finish - she went the extra mile running out after hours to pick up deposit checks in order to make sure the deal got done on time!
