She truly had my best interest at heart. She is very knowledge and answered all my questions and worries. Maria is hard working and resourceful because she literally saved the day. The first mortgage company denied my loan and she rescued the deal by linking me to another bank that was able to get the loan approved. Furthermore, she is resourceful because linked me to great bank and a great lawyer. If it wasnt for her, I would have given up. When it came to negotiations she is the best. She managed to ensure I paid 10k less than asking asking price and when it came to ensuring I received my credit for minor replacements in the condo. I highly recommend Maria to everyone. ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Maria is the best agent you could ask for. It is rare that you will find someone as hardworking, knowledgeable, and friendly as her. Without her persistence, I would have never closed on my dream house. When all my lawyers, bankers, and advisors told me to give up, Maria pushed the deal through. Maria goes way above and beyond the scope of any other agent I have ever worked with. She was in constant communication with all parties, making sure everyone was on the same page. When things got delayed, she would create solutions to keep us moving forward to closing.When my banker failed to get financing, Maria called 3 of her banker connections, and got me approved for a way better rate than I had originally hoped for. Maria even attended my closing. When my lawyer did not request certain provisions from the sellers, Maria stood up for me, and made sure that the doors, floors, and windows were fixed before I took ownership of the house. There were times when I could not attend certain walkthroughs, home inspections, meetings, but Maria would go and FaceTime me so I would not miss anything. Closing on a house can be very hectic and overwhelming, but Maria was the one constant that could always be relied on during the whole process. It is priceless to have a rock like her during the biggest purchase of your life. After closing, Marias job was more than done. But she continued to help me coordinate with contractors to make improvements to the home, and helped me find quality renters for my downstairs unit. It is so rare to find a genuinely good person like Maria in this world. She is truly a gem in the real estate business, and anyone would be lucky to work with her. I can say with full confidence that I will never work with another agent besides Maria.

During this year, Maria was instrumental in helping us navigate the sale of a house during a pandemic. It was uncharted territory for us all, but Maria made the process as smooth as it could be. I found her communication style with both me and my parents to be clear, transparent, and efficient. She was easy to reach via phone and email and was able to supply a thorough update whenever we requested one. I attribute the time it took to sell the house to pandemic-related challenges as opposed to Maria's abilities as a real estate agent. She worked very hard throughout the year to ensure there was a steady stream of interested parties, which I can imagine is not easy to pull off during a pandemic.

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about getting a realtor who was all transactional and wouldn't listen to my wants, but Maria was totally the opposite. Maria is really personable and really cares about her clients and takes into consideration her clients' needs and wants. Also, she has such a great energy and positive attitude that you would want to become best friends with her.Maria is very knowledgble about the neighborhoods in NYC. I visited a few in the Bronx, Riverdale and Yonkers and she would always show the local spots and would always have 1-2 great food spots to recommend. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, concerns and personal doubts about the overall process, but Maria was there in every step of the way, always happily answering all of the questions and bringing me back to Earth when my mind would overanalyze everything.Overall, if you want to have the best experience, I would 100% recommend Maria. Maria was energetic and proactive about trying to get us that house - ultimately we were outbid, but we liked her style and energy, and how much she knew about the Bronx, so we stuck with her and were very pleased we did. She was proactive and energetic in lining up houses for us to see, and quick to line up appointments to view when we found houses to see on our own. She put in the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure that the time we spent was spent well. As first-time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better advocate, a more knowledgeable agent, a kinder human being.We had two houses that we bid on through Maria that ultimately we did not purchase, whether from being outbid or from finding out that there were dealbreaker issues with the house.When we finally settled on a house, and bid successfully, it turned out to be a house with issues that slowed the sales process. Maria was instrumental in keeping the process moving, took the time to analyze the seller-seller's broker dynamic, recommended professionals of all sorts to help us get the property appraisal-ready when the seller could not due to health issues, and helped us make informed decisions. She made critically helpful suggestions to keep the transaction on track and negotiated aggressively on our behalf. We worked together on this sale for six months. In the meantime she made sure we saw other properties, in case the sale fell through. But ultimately we were able to complete the sale, and are now happily renovating our new home. Within 5 minutes of her recommendation, she called and wanted to know exactly what I was looking for and my price range.
