Maria is a native New Yorker, born and raised in The Bronx, bringing her expertise and passion to the real estate market. Maria ran a successful home & fashion accessories business for over 8 years of her own designs, working in all aspects from idea to distribution, and selling all over the world, with over 3000 clients, and multiple licenses including Disney. Bringing that experience to real estate, paired with her knowledge of design & construction, she is positioned to help her clients make the best real estate decisions. Maria ran the PR & Marketing department for Drake Design Associates, one of the most prestigious and influential luxury interior design firms in the country. Under Maria's direction, the firm has been featured on the covers of Traditional Home, Interior Design, and New York Times Home Magazine. Prior to joining the Drake Design team, Maria served as Creative Director of the Robert Allen Group, in which capacity she was responsible for the overall creative output of five separate companies, and employees of over 700 people. Upon graduating from Pratt Institute with a degree in Industrial Design, Maria worked as set designer and art director for corporate clients Victoria Secret, Donna Karan Corporation, Hachette Filipacchi, and Pantene and with celebrities such as Tom Hanks, Susan Sarandon, Julianne Moore, Johnny Deep, Julia Roberts, Liam Neeson, Harrison Ford, and Barbara Walters. Currently Maria is staging apartments & homes in the New York area.

3rd times a charm. After we went through 2 different brokers. Maria's Native Expertise of The Bronx was a perfect match. Gave us an idea of what sold in our neighborhood. Most importantly.
