Maria Caldarone

Maria Caldarone Maria was born in Rochester, NY. Her father was a principle in a residential home building company when she was little. "Every Sunday, 'we would go for a ride which meant we were going to look at model homes or to visit a construction site.....randomly, we deviated from the path and went downtown to see a movie or get ice-cream. We never know if we were real estate looking or going to goof off, so each week, we (my brothers and I) jumped in the car with some anticipation, either way, it was fun!" She moved with her family to Rumson, NJ where she graduated from high school and continued her southerly migration to Vero Beach in 1999, with her two sons, to join her parents. Prior to her arrival in Vero Beach, she graduated from Monmouth University and Seton Hall Law School. Knowing she would reside in Florida, she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992. Maria's almost 30 year employment history almost always touched on or was immersed in the real estate world. The range of duties included receptionist to president of a small publically traded home building company. She was involved with property management, leasing, land acquisition, commercial lending, and purchased companies, prepared due diligence packages, real estate consulting and more. Upon the economic shift in 2008, Maria left real estate temporarily to establish the Law Office of Maria Caldarone, PLLC (aka Bankruptcy Solutions Group) specializing in personal bankruptcy.
