ZillowVERIFIEDMaria did an exceptional job. Helping us buy and sell our home I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home or sell a home.Se remain friends till this day. I would definitely use her and her company again.
ZillowVERIFIEDMaria was excellent and fun to work with. She is knowledgeable about the area, extremely responsive and persistent in negotiations. She sold our house and helped in the search and selection of our new home. We went back to a few homes multiple times while making our decision, and she was awesome each visit.
ZillowVERIFIEDMaria is a nice lady and she was on top of things throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. She is knowledgeable and has clearly been in the real estate business a long time. She was always available when we needed her and her services could not have been better. Even after the purchase of the home she is always quick with a response whenever we have a question about anything. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a real estate agent. Thanks Maria we love our new home! - Chris & Harmony
ZillowVERIFIEDMaria was great throughout the entire process! Very knowledgeable and made sure we were always prepared and knew the next steps wed encounter. Cant recommend her enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDMaria was a pleasure to work with while choosing our forever home. Maria got to know us and our entire families needs. Maria worked tirelessly to find listings that matched our extensive wish list, Maria was spot on in finding us homes that would suit us. We enjoyed the entire process which could have been quite daunting. Maria made it feel seamless. Maria worked diligently with the selling agent to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We highly recommend working with Maria B. and the entire Crampton Team!
ZillowVERIFIEDMaria really cares about her clients and wants to make sure that they make the right choice for them. She did not pressure and was willing to wait as long as it took to find the right house. The house she helped me buy is perfect and I'm forever grateful for her patience and knowledge. She is a true professional with a caring, pleasant demeanor.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were moving from out of state and I had initially selected a different agent. Due to a lack of responsiveness from the other agent, I reached out to Maria and we are VERY thankful that we did! There are many skills that Maria will bring to the search and purchase process but the most important is customer understanding. During our process, Maria was able to quickly understand our desires and redirected our search to help narrow our focus and quickly find the house that we needed. In the past, we have had that take weeks and even months with other agents. Overall, we were strongly impressed with Maria's responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism, and how comfortable she makes you through the search and purchase process. If you are looking for an agent, you really should reach out and talk with Maria. I know that you will have the same experience that we did and will be thankful.
