ZillowVERIFIEDMaria did an AMAZING job helping with the sale of our dads condo in Sunrise Lakes in less than 2 months! Our dad needed to relocate to Louisiana to be closer to family due to age-related health issues. Maria took the time to understand our individual needs and interests and presented us with all the options and potential outcomes. She helped us to quickly sell the condo right before the New Year for very close to our asking price. Maria's knowledge and experience is top notch, and she truly takes the time to know you and consder all your needs. We were able to complete a remote closing from Louisiana, and the process was seamless. She is highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria did an excellent job of marketing my condo, showing the unit and keeping me informed about changing market conditions. Maria was very responsive to my inquires and is a true professional. I never felt pressured to accept an offer I was not comfortable with, and the entire experience was seamless. My property took some time to sell, but Maria hung in there and finally made the sale. I would highly recommend Maria as a realtor for buying or selling a property!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Maria Was instrumental in selling my mothers condo In Trent at Kings Point. She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Maria made what wouldve been a very stressful situation that much easier. She was there for us every step of the way including dealing with the condo association and even finding us a mover when it was time to go. Maria was able to get my mom the price she was looking for in a very difficult market. I would highly recommend Maria Becerra to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Condo sold within 2 days n even though we ran into a huge snag on my end, she was very patient n hung in there with me

ZillowVERIFIED My mom was so lucky to have Maria Becerra for her real estate agent. From the very beginning we felt we were in such safe and competent hands and this took so much of the stress and anxiety out of what is so often a less than pleasant experience. Maria is such a kind, sincere and intelligent woman that having her in our lives during the whole process of selling my moms condo was a wonderful comfort and really a pleasure for us. I think we have made a very special friend and we are so grateful to her for everything she has done for us from finding a buyer so quickly to explaining everything to us that we needed to know, to being there for us whenever we called her with a question. We never felt that we were bothering her, we always felt so good after speaking with her. She was even so kind to bring a lot of personal items to the shipping store to ship up to us in New York and when there were some things we forgot about she was so gracious about making another trip to ship the rest. Maria is just one of those terrific people who come into your life and make it better. We thank you Maria with all our heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Maria was a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel that she was listening to me and was totally aware of meeting my needs during the process. She didn't promise me the moon, she was realistic as well as encouraging in setting the price. When the offer came in at less than asking, I didn't feel pressured. She really supported my decisions all along the way.She turned the property around in approximately one month, during a very slow period in Florida real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED It is our immense pleasure to recommend Maria Becerra as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. She helped us buy a condo in Lauderhill, with a budgetary limitations and sell another one in Sunrise, both in Broward FL. She is highly able technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of apartments for sale in the best neighborhood. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. A master with the contract negotiations, Maria came up with an ingenious deal to resolve an issue with our title insurance that was acceptable for us as a seller and made the buyer happy as well. She is very knowledge in real estate laws and regulations. We found Maria to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Maria was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our apartment to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. She knows Broward like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes Marias attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED My cousin passed away and left me to sell her lovely condo in Sunrise, Fla. I live in Rhode Island.I have had no experience selling real estate and didn't know where to turn. Luckily for me someone who lives in the area told me about Maria. This review could never fully express my gratitude to Maria. She led me through every step of the selling process and although I was 1500 miles away I felt like she was right here with me. We handled everything over the phone and computer. She listed the property and in a very short time sold it at a fair price for both the buyer and myself. She could not have made the process easier. She was always available to me and patiently answered every question and explained every detail of the process. I hope to be in Florida some day soon and will make a special trip to meet her and give her a great big hug!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our dad passed away in late December and after a fruitless start with another broker, Maria and Lisanne are now working on the sale of our dad's condominium. Maria (and her daughter) are extremely competent in there abilities as agents, but more so they are honest, understanding of your needs, and oh so true to their words working diligently to get the job done with integrity and fairness for all involved. Within 4 days Maria had an offer for us and we are in now in the process of taking the steps towards completion of the sale(All fingers are crossed). Without arrogance, sales pitches, or unnecessary delays, These two woman are the real deal! If you are trying to buy or sell a house or condo, we highly recommend you give them a call ASAP. .

ZillowVERIFIED Well, all though there are no words to describe my very tough situation with trying to find a home, there was one hard working realtor Maria Becerra that would not rest until she helped make our dream a reality. We called Maria because our other realtor wasn't helping us much. Maria was the one constant that never changed. She was super hard working, relentless, and steadfast with the whole process. If my wife and I needed to see a house we would see it, if we wanted to put in an offer Maria would advise of what is best to try to make the purchase happen, and if seller or there agents were slacking Maria would be non-stop on trying to get the answers you need. Along the way we found a beautiful home that Maria helped us get! We would recommend Maria two thumbs up!!!!

We had and agreement of sale within 90 days of listing in a not so easy market and closed in less than four weeks. Thanks Maria.

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to find such a high professional in real estate. We had quite specific requirements for a new home in a certain area we were interested of and Maria was able to negotiate an amazing price for the home we picked, thanks to her knowledge about the area and the markets. All the way during the process she was quick to respond to our questions and made the process as fluent as it possibly could be. We couldn't be happier. We have been keeping close contact with her ever since and she is always happy to help us when we need advises.

ZillowVERIFIED It was absolute pleasure to work with Maria in finding a place for us. She was the first agent to contact us when we e-mailed ReMax about a certain property. We did not buy that one but Maria was always very responsive and fast to get us to see new properties. She worked very hard and patiently to find us a place to med our specific needs. But wait, there's more... We had certain troubles after the transaction but Maria did not abandon us. We could always be able to count on Maria's help and advises. Her knowledge of anything about real estate and more is at the highest level and we keep in touch periodically. I can warmly recommend Maria.

ZillowVERIFIED Even before we met her Maria showed incredible interest and understanding of what we wanted in a retirement/second home. We spoke with her for several months from our residence up north and when we met her it was like we had known her forever. Maria helped us find our dream home in Delray Beach and because of her the whole process went very smoothly. Maria is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. We consider Maria a good friend and have learned we can trust her to always be there for us.
