BUT having Maria as my agent definitely proved me wrong!!!!Met Maria on a Friday , signed a contact knowing that she could not get in to take photos till Wednesday (my request, I wanted a cleaning crew in and needed a kitchen painted) with an anticipated open house the following Sunday!I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call on Thursday (1 day after the info went live) to let me know we had a full purchase price offer!Maria made all the arrangements with the local authorities and contacting my attorney with updates!I could not have asked for a better realtor !
