ZillowVERIFIED Mari was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has great communication to keep you updated and has a lot of patients to deal with a lot of questions. Mari does not rush you and doesn't try to convince you in any decisions. She's a joy to work with and her husband is super nice and helpful also. I will recommend Mari Parks to everyone or anyone rather I know them or not. She's an amazing person.

ZillowVERIFIED We can't jump up and down or scream loud enough how happy we are with Mari Parks (and Scott too :) ). Mari was always available and took action during our unique closing! Our transaction was West Coast to East and Mari made sure the time change didn't interrupt our process. We felt supported during our loan process and ours was a process! She and Scott went above and beyond to manage the property. Mari's fun to work with, her knowledge is endless and she comes with lots of referrals :) We can't thank her enough and are so proud to say that Mari found us our perfect home! We love Florida!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so very lucky to have met Mari and Scott. They helped me through a very difficult time. I lost my wife to cancer and chose to move back north to be near my son. I feel like they made me their top priority. They were always so quick to respond to my questions. I am forever grateful that they were there when I needed them.

ZillowVERIFIED Mari was instrumental in helping us procure our new property. From the onset, she thoroughly understood the parameters and goals concerning our purchase, and diligently worked to reach an agreement in accordance with those goals. She enthusiastically went above and beyond the call of duty by coordinating with multiple parties to accomplish the task. Characteristics that define Mari include great real estate knowledge, expertise, professionalism and determination. These "Gifts" allowed us to achieve our goal to create a legacy property - we could not have done it without her immense effort. Anyone looking for an outstanding real estate professional, should enlist the services of Mari Parks and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy really cares about her clients and keeps trying to find you a house. She is a great negotiator and goes to bat for her clients. She knows the area, builders and what your needs are once you see a house or tow. We did get a bid accepted on a house but it had a foundation problem. I would use her only here in Florida if I return. Highly recommended

ZillowVERIFIED She is a hoot to work with! Simply amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient when showing us homes. When we described what we wanted an location, she did not stop until she found us the perfect home. Then it didn't stop there her expertise with the buying process and ensuring we stayed on track for a quick close was always exemplified. Her willingness to work around our schedule to make this happen was above reproach. She made us feel like a priority, eventhough she had other clients at the same time.

ZillowVERIFIED Mari, Scott, and Jessica have been absolutely amazing. What an incredible team!!! Ive been working with Mari for quite sometime from Maryland to find the perfect home for us in Palm Coast. Shes been so patient with all the many questions weve had. Her and Scott have had to run back and forth for us to do things we were unable, because we werent living in Palm Coast at the time. If you need a realtor, look no further. Maris team is so personable, extremely professional, and they work really hard for their clients. I couldnt have asked for a smoother process, especially because we did it from another state. I would give them more than 5 ??????????aEUR~s if I could. We are so excited about our new home. Thank you so much for taking THE BEST care of us. The BREMES

ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyer here. Had a very positive experience working with Maria on my quest to relocate to FL. She was very patient, professional, genuine and prompt - always very responsive to both email and phone. I really enjoyed the personalized service I had, despite probably having many clients to juggle at once. Obviously this was the biggest purchase of my life so I absolutely needed to feel comfortable working with my real estate agent and in the end, I feel like I'm getting exactly what I wanted and needed. I think that the majority of those looking for a new residence would have an equally great experience working with Maria.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to list our condo in Palm Coast we had no idea who to use, so we got a referral from a friend. That referral was Mari Parks from Take Action Properties, LLC. Mari turned out to be a great choice. Her presentation of our home with the use of photos, video and virtual tour made us want to second guess why we were even selling our place. During our discussions of how we were going to list the property Mari presented us with the idea of possibly selling our condo furnished. We told her we hadnt given it any thought but that could be a possibility. Within a week of numerous showings she brought two offers to the table, we took the one with a full price offer for the condo plus a more than fair price for all furnishings and decorations. Because of Maris thinking outside the box she made both the seller and the buyer very happy. Working with Mari Parks and her assistant Christine Cannon made our whole experience of selling a much less stressful task. We highly recommend Take Action Properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Mari was so nice to work with! We were traveling from outside the state and she set aside time to show us properties as well as helping us become familiar with the Palm Coast area. She helped us move from looking at homes to buying a lot to build. Mari is professional, well versed in the real estate market, and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her to others looking to purchase a home or property.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism provided by Mari and Christine with the sale of our home. They did an excellent job in showcasing our home in the listing, which went live in record time! We received several offers....the first in a matter of days! Mari's knowledge of the market is outstanding and her experience shows! She kept us informed every step of the way until we made it to the finish line. Christine was always quick to be of assistance with any of our issues too! ZillowVERIFIED Mari Parks, along with her team of Diane and Christine, have been excellent during our home buying process. Not only are we first time buyers, we're also buying long distance during the pandemic. They've been knowledgeable and understanding amidst the demands these rare ccircumstances have put us in, and my wife and I are truly grateful. I travelled alone to view houses and Diane was excellent showing us around and letting me record video for my wife and daughter. My daughter even picked out her room from one of the videos taken during the tour of our new house. I would highly recommend Take Action Properties if you're purchasing in their region. I tried another larger shop first based on a reference and they weren't nearly as attentive or detail oriented, or maybe they didn't take me serious. Mari and Diane took the time to ask us our homebuying goals and helped us achieve them. We're closing next week with only minor details remaining, and we couldn't be more excited. They'll definitely be invited to our bbq once this whole pandemic is over, that's for sure!

ZillowVERIFIED Mari is an excellent agent. She has walked us through every step of this process. She (and her staff) spent 8 full days with us to help us find the home we wanted. She showed us every house that we requested to see even though she knew several of them would not meet our expectations. In addition to the houses we ask to see, she showed us numerous other homes which met our criteria. We quickly became friends. We learned to trust her with our home search without any hesitation. I have already referred her to a relative in Maryland and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants an individual who actually tries to help. She has updated us every step of the way. We get frequent emails or texts from her to explain the progress of the sell. She quickly returns our emails and texts even on Sundays.

ZillowVERIFIED Mari has been very patient and helpful during our nearly 2 year search for a Palm Coast home. Mari took us to visit over 50 different homes that we saw online through Zillow, as well as suggesting some that we had not considered. She also remotely "facetimed" a couple of properties for us. Even when we withdrew from a purchase over concerns that arose from the home inspection, Mari continued to respond to our calls/e-mails and showed us other potential properties. Now that we are moving toward closing on a home, Mari's advice and her network of related professionals - from home inspection, to insurance, and to financing the purchase have helped make the process less daunting for us. As we are moving from the Northeast U.S., it is great to have someone who can refer us to reliable, quality tradesmen to complete upgrades and repairs prior to our move. Her attention to detail is superb and a top-rated team in her office provide the necessary support to make the purchase process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
