Mari treated us like family and exceeded my expectations 1000% of what I thought a relator should do and be. We found the perfect townhome and she fought really hard for us to get it. In that time, I changed my focus from "houses in the Portsmouth area" to "condos in the Portsmouth area" to "houses in the Nashua area" to "condos in the Nashua area". Mari worked with me, and changed gears flawlessly. She helped me find things to look at, and was honest about the things we saw. She always thought about my needs and the things I had told her about myself when looking at places, and offered opinions about how a house or condo may or may not fit my needs... even when it was not the best news. I found her opinions and input about the houses and locations to be valuable and honest, and spot-on. When it came time to make an offer, Mari had a team ready to handle the financials and paperwork. We were in constant contact, I never felt out of the loop... any questions were answered ASAP, most within a few hours (even on weekends). Negotiating with the seller over details in the offer(s) was far easier than I expected, often things that I thought would turn into a "back and forth" process between myself and the seller were handled by Mari before I even realized it. She was amazing, and I feel like I got the best deal I could have. I would recommend Mari to anyone looking for a new home, she's a wonderful person, and literally the best asset a buyer can have!

She doesn't just show you a house she goes through it with you and explains things that might cause a problem. Mari answered all my questions thoroughly. I was looking for a second house to move into so I could rent out my first house. After months of looking at different properties and being out bid on some I found the one! She had my back and made sure that the in-law unit was legal for me to rent out. She knew the right people to contact and get things done. She had gone to the meetings about in-law units and knew all about them and the steps that we had to go through to make sure I could rent it out legally. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I was dreading going through the process of selling a home, finding a new home and ultimately buying a new home. Because she was so knowledgeable, professional, organized and she was always available for any questions or concerns, she made the process enjoyable. She is not just a realtor who lists your home and shows you houses to buy, she truly cares and wants people to be happy. We listened and followed all of her advice, starting with the presentation of our old home with taking amazing pictures and having a great marketing strategy. We also followed her advice for buying our new home, who to use for our mortgage and closing details, which was RMS. We cannot count the number of times Mari went the extra mile for us. Mari first represented us as home buyers. We owned a condominium that we were selling privately but when we realized that we were in over our heads Mari stepped in and saved the day.
