We chose Margo based upon her reviews and we were not disappointed! We are moving from Texas to Shrewsbury, MA, and had very little knowledge of the area. We also were interested in older homes (ended up purchasing a 1900 colonial) and Margo took the time to show us what to look for regarding minor vs major repairs and what to expect with older homes. When it came time to negotiate, Margo went to bat for us. Detailed-oriented, organized, and kind, Margo made this process so much easier and enjoyable.
