It says enough that I never used them again. I initially reached out to Margo when I was only thinking about selling in the future. Margo immediately put me at ease with her matter-of-fact low pressure attitude. She gave me reality based input on the value-add of improvements to do before selling, as well as data based comps that gave a realistic potential selling price. When I was decided to sell a few months later Margo was on it. She ran market comps to arrive at a listing price that would generate interest. She organized and kept the process on track, and helped me to stay on track as well. She was knowledgeable and helpful with getting my home to show in the best possible light online and in showings. Her recommendations were spot on. Margo handled the whole process very professionally, and kept me informed the entire time. My home was on the market less than 1 week. ZillowVERIFIED Margo is AMAZING! We recently bought our home in July 2022 - the most competitive market in history. We lost a few initial bids we put in as we had been competing against 15+ other offers and with my wife being pregnant, we gave up as we didnt think wed find a home we love for a good price. While we were giving up, Margo never gave up for us. She was respectful of our time and emails as she was selective on making sure she found the right homes to send us to view. Long story short, Margo found us a beautiful home in Westchester NY, advised us perfectly on the price point (I wanted to go higher to ensure wed win, but Margo advised that it was not necessary despite the crazy market and competition), and she was right as the buyer accepted our offer and as I write this, I am in our home with our newborn (instead of being stuck in the tiny apartment in NYC that we had been living in). She worked with us for over 3.5 years as we searched for the perfect house for our family.When we first met Margo, we were not ready to buy. We were exploring the area, learning about real estate and beginning a very long and exhaustive search. Through the entire buying process, Margo was extremely patient, not pushy and always available to talk to and meet our family to show us homes. I quickly learned through working with Margo, that she is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, organized, always available to us and had excellent advice to provide. As the years passed, we began to narrow our search and made a few offers on homes. During the offer process, Margo provided us with candid feedback about our offer and provided excellent negotiation tactics. During our time with Margo, we had two accepted offers. The first accepted offer was a challenging buying experience due to unforeseen complications with the house and seller. We did many inspections of this home and for many of them, we were not able to attend as we were in Brooklyn. Margo without hesitation offered to be present for the inspections so we did not have to come up from the city. Beyond the multiple inspections Margo attended, there were numerous negotiations and unusual circumstances that Margo helped us navigate. In the end, after about 3 months, the deal fell apart and we were back to square one.Without being discouraged, and providing us emotional support, we picked up our home search a few months later. In December 2019, with Margo by our side the entire time, we closed on our new home. Without her, we would not have been able to move our family moved from New York City to Westchester.
