I can not say better things about The Halem Group. For starters the care and service throughout the process was top notch and really felt as a bespoke experience. Margie and Harrison know the area better than anyone and would be confident saying they are the best team to work with in the DC area. Along with terrific expertise in the region, working with Ashley from an operational perspective made everything seamless and easy. In addition to their team, they work with a network of contractors that were able to perform many of the necessary items prior to moving. All of which were fair in price and were able to be completed while I was out of state. At the end of the day with the teams expertise we were able to receive well above asking and sold in the first weekend. Truly grateful for everything, enjoyed the time communicating with them from a personal level, and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again to The Halem Group!

Margie is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is patient, calm, knowledgeable, and nice. Her advice and expertise in real estate ensures that doubts, questions, or issues about my property were always resolved promptly. Margie came to look at the house and recommended repairs/renovations necessary to make the house look attractive to buyers. I followed her suggestions while getting the house ready for sale. Margie found a buyer in less than a week after the property was listed. As soon as the sales contracts were ratified, Margie and her team followed through every step of the way until close of escrow.
