ZillowVERIFIED Margarita Pellegrino is extremely knowledgeable in the field of residential real estate sales.On her initial visit to our home she came well prepared to do what was needed to get the ball rolling on the sale process of our home. After completing an evaluation of the property, she sat with us and discussed all the options available to us. She suggested a starting price in which we thought was too low. We agreed on starting at a higher price and quickly found out that we were way out of the ballpark. After a couple of weeks we agreed to lower the asking price to a figure much closer to Margarita's original recommendation. After a few showings the offers were coming in at just about the original price that Margarita recommended. We then agreed to lower the price to reflect her original recommendation and the house sold within a few days. When the bank came to appraise the property, the appraisal came in within $1000 of the sale price. This confirmed to us that Margarita really knew what she was talking about when she did her evaluation of our home.Margarita never left us hanging. She kept us well informed every step of the way and always responded to our calls and emails whether it was day or night. We highly recommend Margarita Pellegrino for all your residential real estate needs.Ron & Sandy D.

She was willing to step in and educate the seller's agent (who was an absolute disaster) in order to process materials and manage our complex purchase from start to finish.
