ZillowVERIFIED Margarita may be the most patient person I know; shes completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen wholeheartedly even when the next day youre saying something completely different. She's been doing this for a long time so she understands how difficult this can be. She was always available for my questions and to our request to see houses late in the evenings or multiple times. She was great! She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Margarita made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Margarita was such a great realtor, she was easy to contact and she was very fast working. Whenever we went to see houses she was honest and showed me many possibilities I could've done with potential houses I've saw with her. Things got a little rocky because I had to find a house by a certain deadline and I wanted to give up and I loosing hope but she said she would fight for me and that's exactly what she did. I truly appreciate her for working with me in my time of need and not giving up on me like a previous realtor did. I would not be in my home if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much.

ZillowVERIFIED This last November I decided to sell the property I hired Ms. Burgos to handle the transaction. I was especially appreciative of her ability handle the difficult transaction from beginning to the closing table. She was always available and provided me with updates/guidance I needed. Ms. Burgos is very professional and experienced. It was a pleasure working with her and I am always sure to refer any friends/family to her.
