ZillowVERIFIEDMargaret was very knowledgeable and supportive during our purchase. While she was the seller's agent, she helped us with a great deal of information during our purchase and also helped recommend a reputable title company. Moreover, her knowledge of the area was excellent, and she was very helpful in recommending doctors and showing us where to get our registration for our vehicles etc. I would highly recommend Margaret for your real estate needs. You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was absolutely incredible. I was in New Hampshire while selling my house and she took care of everything - I did not make a trip down once from offer to closing. I highly recommend Margaret!!

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was awesome to work with and highly responsive. Our home sold within the estimated timeframe and price range. The preparation she did with us prior to the listing made the process understandable and tolerable. We knew exactly what to expect as we moved through the process. I highly recommend Margaret and her crew.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret Z. is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She answers her phone calls promptly and keeps you informed every step of the way. Any questions you have, she finds the answer if she doesn't know and relays the information to you as soon as possible. I also purchased another home from her and would not have done so if I had not been totally satisfied. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is a very caring professional person. She goes well beyond the aEURoerealtoraEUR? person. She advertised and had professional pictures taken and placed in booklet for everyone to take who came and looked at h9me. She had it sold in a short period of time. Then she also helped us find our new property and buy it. She is a gem.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is wonderful! If it wasn't for her techniques and extensive knowledge in real estate, we would have never ended up with our incredible home. We owe it all to Margaret! If we ever decide to move later on in life we will ABSOLUTELY use her again and we will recommend her to everyone we know. My husband and I were very picky when it came to choosing a home and I was constantly contacting her and asking questions throughout the whole process. She never ceased to be kind to us, she always answered my questions and never made me feel like a bother. You will not be disappointed if you use Margaret as your realtor! We highly recommend her! Everyone that we came into contact with at the Coldwell Banker Ben Bates office was so helpful and very friendly! Buying a home is a very difficult process But we have no complaints!

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was an exceptional agent. She truly took our best interest to heart. She kept us updated at all times. We feel that she went above and beyond what most real estate agents would do. Her presentation of our home on line and other methods resulted in the quick and successful sale of our home. Margaret always made you feel comfortable and more like a friend. We cannot begin to thank her enough for her services. Both my husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone. ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is the most skilled real estate person I have met in Putnam County. She helped us sell our lake house which is really a unique property in a unique area. Before we partnered with Margaret it was very difficult to determine the real market value of the house. We listed it and sold it in less than three months for 96% of our listing price. I had tried to sell the property with less skilled realtors fo three years prior to meeting Margaret.
