I regret not signing a contract with Regina the day we first met. We went with a family friend instead. After that didn't work out, I asked Regina if she would sell our house. 1st time seller so I didn't really know what role the realtor would play, but Regina is a true step above the rest in terms of hustle and grind based on my experience. Regina helped us buy a home nearly 4 years ago and it was a great experience, so when it was time to move again we called on her to help us again. This time though the market was unsettled and we were worried as to whether we'd be able to sell it for a good price in a reasonable amount of time, or possibly not at all. Regina listened to our concerns and worked very hard for us with ads in several places, and an open house weekly at first, and while we were on vacation she held 3 open houses in a row, one of which resulted in us selling our house.
