    Peggy was wonderful to work with in selling our Mother-in-Laws home. Especially since we live in California, it was difficult to be present.     We had just bought a house that needed a few months of work before occupancy. When the new house was ready, we contacted that buyers agent about selling our current house. We were introduced to Peggy Pittas and selected her as our sellers agent. Peggy arrived prepared with the information to help us correctly set our asking price. Our discussions showed she had a good grasp on the local market in which we were selling a 2-year-old home in a market saturated with new construction. Her marketing approach was that our home was aEURoebetter than newaEUR? because of the mature landscaping that set it apart from the bare new construction homes. The weekly emailed Sales Activity report showed we were getting a lot to attention in a market I was skeptical of and showings backed that up. We had an offer in a few weeks and the house was sold. I found Peggy easy to work with and very professional. Her team staff was also great. Peggy sold our home in a situation I thought would drag out for months.     Peggy has so many qualities that place her way above a Real Estate Agent. My first contact with her was almost 18 months ago and she was the first that responded to a general inquiry to sell our property.
