We met Margaret 5 years ago, when she sold us our very first house. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and gently encouraged us to look in towns that would appreciate when we needed to sell (perhaps foreshadowing we would outgrow that house 5 years and 2 kids later). This year, we hired Margaret again. She promised us she would go to bat for us at every turn and WOW, did she. The week we were set to list, the COVID19 pandemic hit and the world turned upside down.
