ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely wonderful to work with, I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help me purchase my first home!! She had no problem with driving anywhere I wanted to look at a house, even with it only being one at a time. After we found the perfect house she was helpful in keeping me posted on how everything was going. I'm one very happy first time home buyer!!

ZillowVERIFIED She really helped guide me through all the confusing parts of the sale. She also got me an offer on the third day it was on the market and the first person to come look at the house. I completely recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED The first meeting with Margaret was great (mothers day), she was very informative as to what all would be taking place. She did great market research and neighborhood analysis to come up with a fair and reasonable listing price. Created a nice portfolio for the online listing. Had showings scheduled within a couple days. And a VERY close to asking price contract in 13 days. Never had a issue with getting a hold of her if we has questions, that we got answers for, not i will get back with you.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Margaret on Zillow when I started looking for a house. She was very understanding and listened to what my husband and I wanted in a house. If we didn't like something we didn't have to tell her she just knew she cared about what we thought. She was able to answer all our questions. I would defiantly recommend her to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was extremly helpful in my purcahase of a new home. I had less than ideal experiences with realtors in the past but Margaret restored my faith. She listened to what I wanted in a home and did not try and direct me to something I was not interested in. She was knowledgeable, and helpful without be aggressive or pushy, which I respected. As a Veteran, I respected her knowledge of the VA Home Loan Program. She was alway on time and quickly made arrangements for any home I requested to view, even on short notice.I would highly recommend Margaret to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and timely real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was such a big help with finding our forever home. She found us everything we wanted and at a great price and all in such a small time frame. We tried for years on our own and she accomplished what we couldn't within a months time !!! What a realtor. You can't go wrong with her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I was really not sure to expect about the buying process, but Margaret made it easy. Within a week of meeting her, she found a property that was perfect for us -- and within our budget. Margaret is responsive, professional, and caring. I highly recommend calling her if you're looking for someone to help guide you through the process, address your concerns, and help you seal the deal in this very competitive housing market. As an added bonus for Native American buyers, Margaret is now one of the very few Real Estate Professionals in the state of Kansas that is familiar with and has experience with the Section 184 Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program offered by HUD.

ZillowVERIFIED I sold my home and purchased my new home with Margaret in June of 2014. She listed it on Friday and had a full price offer on Sunday, which included sellers paying closing costs. She worked well with us while we hurried to find our dream house. She was always willing to go look at whatever we wanted to see. In finding the house we wanted, it had just come on the market and she was quick and put together an offer that guaranteed we would get the house. She was always quite to respond to messages and always answered her phone.

ZillowVERIFIED I was divorced and purchasing my first home. Margaret showed me a few homes that were nice, yet not quite what I had in mind. When I was ready to throw in the towel she showed me the perfect home. I was scared at the process as I didn't understand it but Margaret stood by me, answering all of my questions and reassuring me throughout each step. She turned what could have been a frightening, overwhelming event into the happy, exciting one it should be for a first time homeowner.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was very helpful in my home buying experience. I told her what my must haves and price range was and she updated me regularly with addresses. Several houses were walked through until we found one that fit my needs. She also assisted in securing the financing needed to complete the transaction. She has a good set of people as support as well, having inspectors, exterminators, insurers and repairmen all at the ready providing quality work and service. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was quick to respond to my request for a showing. She was able to meet me that day (during poor weather). Although I didn't like the fist house she helped me with she was eager to help me look for a property that fit what I was looking for. She searched out the parameters I gave her and recommended several houses that were for sale, it took quite a few showings before I found the right house, but when I did she made her self available any time and worked hard to get me a good deal and a closing that was on time. Margaret was helpful, kind and professional, and helped me purchase a great house for a great deal, would recommend!.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was absolutely amazing. Of all the inquiries I made on Zillow when we first started looking, she was the only one to reply with a list of questions to help us start our search for a house. Throughout the process she was helpful, quick to respond, and always accessible. She helped make the home buying process as seamless and smooth as possible. It's not a question of if we will refer our friends to her - we already have!

ZillowVERIFIED I am thrilled with the job Margaret Metzger did in helping me find a home to purchase. She showed me several homes and I am very happy with the home I ended up purchasing. I felt very comfortable with her during the showings, not pressured, but that she wanted to help me find what was right for my family. She also did a fantastic job organizing things with the seller's realtor, who was very challenging to work. Thanks Margaret!

ZillowVERIFIED I own a Pest Control business and have know Margaret for many years. In my business, I have met a great many Realtors, but I must say not many meet the very high standards of quality service that Margaret gives to her clients. If you are wanting to buy or sell a home, I would recommend giving her a call, you won't be disapointed
