ZillowVERIFIED He was very helpful in looking at a large variety of houses. All of these around the lake that stayed within the requirements and requests that we had made. He stayed with us for a very long time and worked every step of the way. He was also able to adapt and change to what we wanted and how we wanted it while working along. Very kind and understanding.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent service--provided excellent choices, advice, and support through the entire process! She was very effective in locating houses that had the specific features we were looking for and she also did a thorough job of checking out the infrastructure components in each house we toured. Margaret was very responsive and knowledgeable about each of the local communities in which we looked.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret and her team are amazing! We worked with Margaret to purchase a home in WI while living in CO. To buy a home without being able to be present and physically see the home is daunting to say the least. Not with Margaret! She was there with us every step of the way making me feel like I was there. She (and her team happily joined in when needed to make sure we didnt miss any opportunities to see what might be the one) went on endless showings with her video in hand, answering every question we had (trust me, I had a lot! Lol) to make sure we knew exactly what we were seeing. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows what to look for, look out for, and she always pointed us in the right direction without being pushy. She knows how to negotiate to get the best deal. She knows every rule and regulation so we knew we werent getting into something we shouldnt. She took time to really learn about us, our taste, our needs, and what we were looking for so she would be able to search out the perfect home for me and my family. Once we found the one she made sure we werent going to miss out on it (especially with how hard the the market is for buyers right now). She even went as far as using some of her own personal money to fix some issues that came up that the seller wasnt willing to fix in order to make sure the deal didnt fall through. We found our perfect home thanks to Margaret and her team as well as made a life long friend! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Margaret! ?

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Margaret for property sales in and around The Lake Geneva Area. She is an experienced professional and has intimate knowledge of the properties in the surrounding areas. She will effectively price and negotiate to get you top dollar for your property. We recently used Margaret to sell a land parcel with lake rights. This was a tough listing and she stuck with us and got us very near our ask. I came across Margaret previously while selling another property through another agent (I wished I had used her for that listing). I watched her bring several buyer through my property and was highly impressed at how she tried to sell our property to our buyers. She knew things about the property and area that very few agents know. The sold the heck out of that property even though it wasnt her listing. I walked away from that experience saying if I ever sell again I am gong to use Margaret as an agent. Hence the sale of our recent property. We definitely plan to use Margaret again in the future. Very professional, know terms and conditions well, and and works to get the seller top dollar.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret and her staff helped us find our first home in only a handful of months in an extremely tough market for buyers. We were relocating for work from another state and Margaret was always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. Her knowledge and expertise allowed us to not overpay on a home that was overpriced and in the end we ended up in a better house for less. Highly recommend Margaret, she is extremely professional and was great to work with especially for being first time home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was a true professional throughout the process of selling our home. She made things easy for us and did a great job helping us navigate the different negotiations and documents, as well as managing the showings and keeping us well-informed every step of the way. Being that we were remote the entire time, this could not have possibly gone any smoother, and we got a sale price that was above list price. I would highly recommend Margaret to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is a fantastic real estate agent! She is extremely professional and effective...but yet very personal and a pleasure to work with. Margaret helped us quickly sell our home in Fontana, where others took months. Then she helped us find or dream Fontana lake home immediately after we sold the other. Great experience, my wife and I would recommend Margaret to all friends and family. Thanks Margaret!! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is a stellar combination of educational achievement, her MBA, and practical street smarts. She ranks in the top echelon of the real estate business; both buying and selling. Her vocation is her profession, not simply a job. Reliable, trustworthy and scrupulous in representing her clients without equivocation. This is why we have retained Margaret on three occasions for real estate deals and will continue to do so. The entire process of buying and selling began with the most important priority decision of retaining a true professional from day one. That was Margaret. Fully recommended as the best in the entire area.

ZillowVERIFIED I have actually told several of my friends about our experience with Margaret and suggested they use her for their home search and purchase. She was amazing. It was our first home, she set EVERYTHING up from looking at several homes to suggesting and setting up inspections. She was honest with us, told us what she thought about the houses and even knew just about everything when it came to the appliances in the home. She knew where to look for inspection dates and spoke to us about brands of furnaces etc. As stressful as house buying can be, she was an absolute Angel for us. Highly, Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Hello....if youre looking for a realtor.....I highly recommend Margaret Labus. I met Margaret in 2012 & she helped us buy our Fontana Wi. home , which we luv. Margarets regional knowledge of the lakes area was invaluable during our search. We liked her style & personal attention to details.....so we also asked her to help us sell another family property in 2015 , which worked-out nicely for everyone involved. We think shes superior. In all the real-estate transactions Ive had ( 5) over the years, Margaret tops them all !!!! Nancy(Nan)

ZillowVERIFIED From selling our house to purchasing a new one, Margaret lead us through the entire process with confidence and professionalism. She had excellent input when looking at potential replacement homes, used a showing app for easy scheduling and thought outside the box on ideas for securing our new home when there were multiple offers. She helped coordinate the closing on both homes and kept us in the loop when there were bumps in the road that were out of our control. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED If Margaret didnt know the answer to a question, she searched to find it.Margaret sold one house and helped us buy another. The space below would not accept that info. In 2010 she helped us purchase a HUD house on 400 High St in Walworth, WI, 53184. Then in 2014 she helped us sell our Fontana house. Ill mention that below.
