ZillowVERIFIEDMargaret is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She is kind professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the buying and selling process. She goes above and beyond to help her clients in everyway. I have been personally blessed to work with her on two different occasions. She sold my Florida house the first day it hit the market for over asking price in 2021. This was BEFORE the market went crazy. She found the perfect realtor in South Carolina to help me purchase my home there. We are now moving back to Florida and Margaret worked with me on finding the perfect rental property. She went out of her way make sure i got into the rental i wanted when no one else could. Thanks to her i was approved in 2 days and will be moving on February 28th. Thanks to her persistence and hard work. Margaret has been a huge blessing to me. She is calm and focused and will help you find your dream home. I would highly recommend Margaret a confident realtor that understands how important it is to find the perfect home. Thank you so much Margaret i can not thank you enough for all your help. ??

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret went above and beyond anything I would expect from a realtor. She explained each process in detail and was always one step ahead. She was always available to answer questions and offer her personal references. She created a seamless process out of a something that is typically highly stressful. I dont think I could have gotten through this and maintained my sanity without her. I highly highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased our house with Margaret. She listened to us and was always available to go and view multiple homes for us. Shes professional and well organized and we would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She found us everything we were looking for in this crazy market.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is wonderful! Attention to every, little detail. We hit it off right from the first day we met. When I started entertaining the idea of selling my home Margaret was open and honest and I never felt pressured. We discussed the market status and my personal needs to decide when to sell. The listing of my home on Zillow looked so good, I almost thought "Why am I selling again?" The photography and presentation were excellent. There was an issue of unfinished business between a contractor the county during the selling process and she jumped right in and handled it for me. I can't say selling my home was stress free, however, Margaret made the experience far more pleasurable than I would've ever imagined.

ZillowVERIFIED I was thankfully referred to Margaret by my sister-in-law to help me purchase my first property. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nurturing during this stressful time. She took the time to check in on me throughout the home-buying process and explained each step as I began to sail unchartered waters. She was extremely receptive to phone calls, emails, and texts at all times of day and night. I was able to find and close on a home with more ease than I ever imagined and I found a perfect place to call home thanks to her help and expertise! I would recommend Margaret to any family member or friends looking into buying in the Tampa Bay Area!

ZillowVERIFIED Here is the bottom-line up front: if you want someone who is professional, caring, and on your side during the very stressful time of buying a house then Ms. Margaret is your realtor! Not only do we have a global pandemic going on, the house market for buyers in almost inequitable, and the real-estate market is hot so the home buying process stressors are quite overwhelming. With that said, Ms. Margaret takes you through the process step by step since she understands the full spectrum of realtor operations allowing you to focus on what really matters and that is getting that house that you want. She served in the military, so she knows how to stay calm, focused, and work under pressure in order to support her customers. Ms. Margaret we appreciate you helping us find the home of our dreams and continue to do great things for current and future customers. Your professionalism and care matters!

Her deep knowledge of real estate market and outstanding communication skills made this experience a breeze. She took care of every little detail to make sure we are getting the best deal on our house. She kept us well informed and answered all our questions right away. ZillowVERIFIED Lori and Margaret were both successful in getting us under contract on a house in 48 hours. We were doing a 1031 exchange and our 45-day limit was running out on a Monday. As we were sitting in Houston on a layover, I texted Lori and said aEURoeFind me three properties by the time we land in Jacksonville, FL. Were DESPERATE! I texted the purchase price range, location, and what kind of house we were looking for. By the time we landed in Jacksonville, they had three properties selected and emailed to us. The next morning, Margaret did a Facetime walkthrough on each property and said what she liked and didnt like about each property. We were leaning toward one particular property, and she said that was the one she liked the best for what we were looking for. She made the offer and BANG, we were under contract in 24 hours-beating our 1031 deadline by a day! The team is AMAZING and will go above and beyond what anyone we have worked with in the past has done. We couldnt recommend them highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent experience with Margaret helping us sell our home. From start to finish, Margaret skillfully guided us through the process of listing and selling our home. We had (and continue to have) complete confidence in Margaret's professionalism and abilities. She put us at ease every step of the way and made the process a delight. We were expecting a somewhat stressful experience selling our home due to the conditions we set - Margaret cut through all of that, represented our best interests, reassured us throughout the process, and exceeded our (already high) expectations. If the opportunity arises in the future, Margaret will be the first person we contact with our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret was essential in our home buying process. Moving long distance during the pandemic was challenging and stressful but Margaret made it possible. She was responsive and professional not only with us but everyone else also. We specifically heard many great things about how easy she was to work with and prompt with her response from our builder and their relator. She even went above and beyond to help take care of our new home when our move-in was delayed. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Tampa area.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our home with Margaret. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We had the best photos (plus virtual/3D), open houses, and constant communication and contact about the sale, the showings, and progress. She even ran ads for our home on social media sites all across the country in military and Florida-loving hotspots! We are incredibly happy and would highly recommend her to everyone. Right down to the last minute she had our back and tried to help us negotiate above and beyond what we wouldve expected!! She gives a very personal feel, you will not be talking to associates or passed around. Its her directly the whole way through and she does an incredible job. THANK YOU MARGARET! Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED An Amazing Realtor! I wish Margaret had been our realtor when we purchased our home 4 years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We had tons of questions and she answered every question without leaving us feeling unsure. Its almost as if she read our minds. Furthermore, she went above and beyond during the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure our house was safe to return to after each showing. If you are looking for an HONEST, knowledgeable, hard working realtor then stop looking, because Margaret is definitely your woman!

ZillowVERIFIED Margaret is amazing! If we could give her 10 stars, we would. Truly, a fantastic realtor, she impressed us from day one when she toured our house and diligently took notes of every upgrade we had made, big and small, and also brought printed calendars to help us visualize the right timing to meet our target dates. But what truly set her apart, was her ability to make us feel like we had her full attention, even though she had other clients. She communicated with us regularly throughout the process. She even helped us find the right contractors to complete some house repair. She made everything so easy, and we never felt alone in the process of selling our home. If you need a realtor to buy or sell your home, we would highly recommend Margaret! We have worked with other realtors in the past, and no one comes close to Margarets caliber.
