I have to say I was surprised she took on the job as the property was a difficult sell and I was a difficult seller! But Margaret persevered. She found exactly what a difficult property needed. Just the right buyer and made the deal come together favorably for us. Original review:Margaret acted as our broker on a recent purchase or a single family. We did our own research and "drive-by's" then gave Margaret the listings we wanted to see. The "drive-by's", which was her idea, was a great idea. Often times the "drive-by" is all you need to disqualify a property. This saved both her and us a lot of time wasted on setting up showings on something you would outright reject just looking at it from the outside.She ended up helping us find just the right house at the right price. I am so happy with her and her in depth knowledge of the local markets that I will be listing a two family I own with her.

That's when we asked Margaret for some help. Her experience, knowledge and responsiveness (yup, she actually returned calls and emails, within minutes!) really helped us get over the hump and get the house sold above asking after our second open house!
