Right off the bat Jeff and his team took the time to figure out what was most important to me and explain the process from their end. With Jeffs leadership and clear communication they got right to work and started showing the property keeping me in the loop the whole time. I was across the country for the duration of the process and Jeff not only did all of the showings but also helped coordinate cleanings, furniture removal and key access to ensure everything was seamless and I didnt have to fly back. Even up to a few days before the tenants moved in Jeff was offering to go move the last few items of furniture himself so I didnt have to hire a contractor. It was this grit and personal touch that made the whole process really easy and enjoyable especially seeing as this was not even a sale but a rental! They appreciated what I loved about my home, yet helped me understand what changes were necessary and desirable for prospective buyers to have the canvass they needed to imagine this being their home with their possessions and tastes. They helped me understand what was worth investing my time and money for staging and what was not. In the process they developed very flattering marketing materials. Throughout the entire process the Babbington team developed a very healthy trusting and communicative atmosphere.
