ZillowVERIFIEDMarek was exceptional in every way. As first time home buyers, we felt overwhelmed with the process of buying in a difficult market. Marek displayed incredible knowledge of the area we were targeting. He very promptly scheduled home showings (more than we thought were possible to view in one day), and was able to quickly get us into any property we let him know we were interested in. He was receptive to feedback on what we wanted, and his recommendations always aligned with that. Viewing a home with Marek makes you feel like you have an expert with you every step of the way. He identified potential issues, let us know if something wasnt priced well, and was able to answer any question we had. His recommendations on who we should work with in the home buying process were invaluable- particularly the home inspector, Marcin Mierzejewski. Marek was an expert negotiator. There were many times we were unsure of an offer or counter offer, but felt completely comfortable deferring to Mareks judgment. I found his negotiating style to be bold, but also practical and pragmatic. He was an advocate for us from our first phone call all the way through closing. Buying a home can be a challenging experience. I dont think we would have had the positive outcome we did without Mareks involvement, and would confidently recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Its my absolute pleasure to highly recommend Marek as your real estate agent. Marek and I worked for past 9 months to find the exact property I was looking for. Because of Mareks knowledge, honesty and experience buying property was smooth and pleasurable. Marek is honest, dependable and incredibly hard working. I felt he had my best interest in mind at all times. If Marek did not like the property he told me so and explained why. Other agents will try to sell you anything to get a signed contract. His knowledge of sales etiquette and professionalism was always top notch. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Marek for any purchase or sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Everyone wants to work with a great real estate agent. But what sets Marek apart, is not only is he fantastic at his job, he treats you like family and guides you in your decision making as if he were in your shoes. Right away, you can tell hes not there just to do the job and move on...he has a heart of a teacher and truly wants to help you in any way possible. As a first time landlord looking for a tenant and unsure of the entire process/experience, Marek was extremely helpful from start to finish. He thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) even after his role of finding a tenant for me was completed. If you want to work with a professional simply looking to do their job and move on to the next, hire someone else. If you want to work with a professional who will care for your transaction as if it was his own, while in the meantime educating you during the process, hire Marek!

ZillowVERIFIED Going above and beyond! It may sound to be a cliche, but these are the exact words I can use to describe Marek. I just recently had the pleasure of working with him to purchase my first home, here in the US since I just came from the Philippines as an emigrant. Finding a house suitable for me was not an easy task. However, with the expertise of Marek, coupled with his dedication and commitment, this challenging journey reached its success. It all started when my friends and relatives referred Marek to be my agent. No second thoughts came into my mind in having him navigate my path to achieving my goal of owning a house. The experiences and testimonies of my friends and family were enough to give my full trust in him. From every single step of the process, Marek came through with his commitment to excellence. He showed undeniable knowledge about the market and its effect on me as a buyer which gave me confidence to make the right decisions. His negotiation skills were impeccable which allowed me to get the best deal possible. Moreover, he is on top of everything, even with the tiniest detail to ensure all are taken care of ? from arranging inspections to researching potential issues of the property. Above all, Marek is patient and understanding. He will make you feel you?re a family - that is always looking for your best interest and welfare.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time going through the process of finding a home and I couldn?t have asked for a better realtor. Marek is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He also looked out for the needs of my family members. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His name will surely come up again when friends and family ask for a realtor to help them with their home search.

ZillowVERIFIED Marek did exceptional work as out agent selling our home. In fact, he sold our house twice, after our first buyers could not secure financing for their loan (despite their being pre-approved during the summer). He sold our home, not only during the off-season, but also for our original asking price, during a down-turn when prices in our housing market were declining. His hands-on attention to detail is exemplary, lining up inspections, contactor and service technicians to do the work (at very reasonable rates) necessary to put the house on market and meet closing requirements while we had already moved out of state. He was extremely prompt returning calls, usually in less than 30 minutes. Marek even checked on the house every other day during the extreme cold wave that occurred in December while the house was already under contract, in the weeks before closing. I cannot recommend him enough and only wish we could have an agent of his caliber in our new area next time we move.

ZillowVERIFIED I was nearly surprised to find 52 reviews here on someone, with all reviews bearing a full 5 out 5 score. A second later, I remembered it was Marek all these folks are talking about, and that I came here to give him the same score. I tested Mareks professionalism in ways other reviewers probably would never go through, and he consistently proved to be a high-caliber agent on my side. Consistent is the keyword here; My transaction took a very long time to close, and it was a very bumpy ride with a dozen of unprecedented details (even for the Lender and the attorneys involved). Marek was able to ride this like a champ and always be on top of his game doing only the things I perceived to be for my best interest. I havent told Marek at the time; but having dealt with many other agents in so many situations (around 22 other agents) I can say; without a doubt, he is the best I have dealt with ever.

ZillowVERIFIED Marek did an excellent job selling two houses for our family, which was especially commendable considering that we were selling during a time when the economy was uncertain and interest rates kept rising. He is very knowledgeable about the area and has lots of experience dealing with buyers, which resulted in both sales. He was always available; Even returning my call while he was traveling internationally. We had already moved out of the state, and he gave us many updates, took care of our property, checking on our houses after a storm, supervising maintenances and repairs, and checking for wayward packages. We were impressed with his dedication and help. We feel very fortunate we had Marek representing us during the sale of our houses!

ZillowVERIFIED Marek is easily the best realtor we have ever worked with. Hes very responsive, extremely resourceful, and exceptionally skilled at all aspects of buying and selling a home. Hes friendly, professional, trustworthy, always punctual, very knowledgable, and has a strong network of resources we could draw on to make everything seamless. He quickly found a good buyer in a middling market for our old home while at the same time deftly guiding us to an ideal new home in an extremely competitive and challenging market. Along the way he gracefully and efficiently addressed any issues and masterfully negotiated us all the way through both closings, always asserting our best interests. We dont think anyone else could have accomplished what Marek did and he did it with ease and aplomb. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and we are very grateful for his efforts!
