I would like to start with telling you that I answer my phone calls and stay in continuous communication with my clients. If you want an agent that works 24-7, I am that agent. I have been a real estate agent since 1977 but went inactive in 1994 to become a full time real estate closing paralegal. I obtained my real estate license again in November of 2017. Have been a paralegal in all aspects of the legal arena but primarily real estate for over 40 years. For the last six years, I have had my own short sale business which includes negotiating with lenders, HOA companies, IRS and other debt holders while working with real estate closing attorneys and real estate agents to get the short sales to the closing table. With this extensive experience, I feel that I am very qualified for any real estate needs.
