ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy was an EXCELLENT agent. Answered texts and calls ASAP, very knowledgeable of local market and area. She went the extra mile in helping our family relocate from across the country. We cant wait to work with her again. Highly recommend!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat knowledge and staff! Good job Marcy, and Allison!!!! Great referrals, and recommendations. Ask about their partners and their services. Hopefully I will see you again soon at the next event!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy is honest and open with her clients and we always feel like family. She is committed to making the process smooth and worry free. Our first home was caught in limbo for over 6 months and Marcy helped us navigate a difficult situation.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough great things about our experience with the Barkemeyer Group! Marcy and her team were truly amazing from start to finish! My wife and I (& our 2 little ones) recently moved from the east coast to Southlake and were previously having a difficult time navigating the hot housing market. After meeting Marcy during one of our house hunting trips, we knew that she was the right agent for us. Throughout each stage of the homebuying process, the team ALWAYS took the extra time to make sure we were completely comfortable and knowledgeable about our next steps. The entire team was incredibly responsive to our questions at every stage, and we had zero doubt that we were in great hands through all the ups and downs. Ultimately, Marcy and her team helped us find an amazing home in our price range and we love it! We give her team our highest recommendation any chance we get. Thanks Marcy!!
ZillowVERIFIEDTonya was incredible to work with and helped us found our perfect home - and quickly - as it was part of an out of state relocation for my husband's job. She was professional, courteous and respectful during this chaotic time in our lives, and I highly recommend using her and the Barkemeyer Group!
ZillowVERIFIEDTonya is the best. Would not buy a house without her. She makes sure you understand everything you sign and that it is accurate. She handles her clients just like she is buying for her and her family going over every detail. I would not buy or sell a house without Tonya and the Barkemeyer team. Love you ladies. Thank you for everyrhing!
ZillowVERIFIEDTonya and the Barkemeyer Group are wonderful! She is extremely helpful and hardworking. She went to our house 3 times in the days leading up to closing in order to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend Tonya!
ZillowVERIFIEDTonya and the entire Barkemeyer Group were very professional and caring when we recently sold our home in Colleyville. Always paying attention to the smallest detail. We would highly recommend Tonya to anyone looking for a very personal touch. Marcy was a delight as well. Taking care of all of our needs in a very professional way. Enjoyed working with both of these women in the sale of our home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy Husband and I were relocating to Dallas, Marcy went out of her way shooting some videos of the houses that we were interested in. She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect house for us, she was amazing.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy Barkemeyer and her entire Professional Team did an exceptional job in listing and selling our home. It was the first time we listed a home for sale and Marcy made our experience worry-free from the very first time we met till after closing. First class experience all the way! Highly recommended! ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy is the blueprint of a true professional. The experience selling my home was painless and I will surely do more business with her. I would recommend Marcy Barkemeyer hands down as a true real estate expert. She works hard and demands results. Thank you again, The Elliotts
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy knows what she's doing when it comes to selling homes. Her knowledge and experience enabled us to sell our home quickly and get a great price. We were extremely pleased with her counsel though out the process of negotiating a contract. Marcy is a real estate professional, and I can recommend her with enthusiasm.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcy was awesome! She had a top-notch detailed plan to market our home plus she gave us specific things we needed to do to get our house ready to sellaEUR| within one week on the market our house was under contract. In the purchase of our new home she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in a new home and we wasted no time finding the perfect place for our budget. We highly recommend Marcy - she was the best!
