ZillowVERIFIEDSuch a blessing to work with before, during, and after the sell of our home. Nick, took steps to personalize the listing with us and the closing as well, not just another client. He is Honest, Knowledgeable, and Professional, and best of all REAL.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick, Marcus, and the whole team at Wondracek Realty were fantastic. They helped my family find a home in 2014, and when it was time to move, they helped us sell that same home in 2020. Both instances were on a relatively short tight time frame and both endeavors ended with great success. In selling our home we encountered several administrative setbacks after home inspection which Nick was able to rapidly rectify while never losing his textbook composure and Can-Do attitude. I'll be brutally honest: I'm a general surgeon, very high strung, and difficult to keep calm and happy. I want every problem handled yesterday. Nick was with me every step of the way and managed not only to keep me on track, but also delivered a few pieces of sage advice to keep me from making a difficult problem worse with frustration and impatience. I feel like both times I put these guys in a demanding environment and both times they delivered flawlessly. If you need realty services delivered quickly and correctly the first time, look no further than Nick Hammett and the team at Wondracek Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED At first I was anxious about buying a home as a single mother. I could not be more pleased with Monica and the team at Wondracek. You all made it possible for me to provide a HOME for my son and me. Monica explained EVERY question (and there were MANY) and made me feel at ease through the entire process. I can't say thank you enough! Thank you for believing in me :-)

ZillowVERIFIED The absolute best choice we made when we were trying to sell our home was to call Monica! She is there 110% of the way to make sure that the buying or selling process is as smooth and easy as it possible could be. I have recommended her to everyone who needs a realtor and I would urge you to use her as well. You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very good experience with our agent Wanda Cole. With her knowledge and experience, she was able to guide us from start to end for getting our dream home. She is able to get the appointment for the home what we need on time. As a new home buyer, I do not know many things to look in a home. She helped me all those things and filled the gap. I learnt a lot from Wanda. She will say all pros and cons what she feel about the home after seeing. Moreover she make sure we are getting the right things for our new home. I worked with different agent before but Wanda is more helpful than any other agent that I worked. At the end of this home buying journey, she became more than a agent for us. I definitely recommend Wanda to my friends, if they are looking for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick played an integral role, for my husband and I, in purchasing our first home in a new town. We relocated from the Midwest and Nick went above and beyond for us. Nick cleared his weekend to get us into as many homes as we wanted to see, knowing we had a short time to search. Additionally, he put us in contact with local lenders, attorneys, and inspection agencies and truly made everything on our end as easy for us as he could. We can?t thank Nick enough for helping us get our perfect first home and we would absolutely recommend Nick and the friendly team at Wondracek Realty to any new home buyer, someone new to the area, and someone looking for a trustworthy and honest realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Hammett is wonderful to work with! Hes very responsive via text/phone/email, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the whole process. As a Greenville native, hes able to give a lot of extra detail regarding different areas and neighborhoods regardless of your housing needs. He was able to help me and my family find a home in a very short timeline and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. If youre moving to the Greenville area, please look up Nick Hammett or anyone from Wondracek Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in a difficult situation. My up scale home would not sale with first realtor....after 9 months I hired Nick and it was sold 5 months later. He made suggestion and brought in others to make recommendations that did ultimately lead to the sell. During the subsequent buying process, he worked tirelessly to find a house. Some days were spent looking at multiple houses. Other days we were able to be the first to see a house within hours of it coming on the market. A real plus in getting the house I was after. Extremely professional, easy to talk with, knowledgeable about the subdivisions. Could do a lot worse but cant do much better.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick changed the buying process for us. My wife and I have bought 4 houses, and I have bought 5! We have a fair amount of experience in the market and how things work. Nick and his company completely changed all of our perceptions of real estate agents. From the very beginning, Nick was completely honest and open with us, got to know us and was able to offer useful suggestions based on our needs, and was very communicative. There was never a moment I felt I couldn?t reach him. He would even let us know if he wasn?t going to be reachable for a period. Nick went to many houses for us, wrote multiple offers and never once pressured us to buy anything. He was agreeable and happy to allow us to work through the process without any external pressure. Further, he would always show up to listings with a lot of prior knowledge about the house and the neighborhood so as to prevent us from overpaying. We ended up getting the perfect house for our family and we owe a large part of that to Nick. We will absolutely use him again in the future. His company is kind, responsive, and moral and that can be difficult to find in this field sometimes. To best summarize, working with Nick was like your friend was your agent. He never felt like an agent; he felt like a friend who was helping personally invest in our future. I highly recommend you use him for your home shopping/selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to find Nick, he is phenomenal. He got us our dream home despite competing offers that were higher- the sellers and their agent preferred working with him that much. He?s the only agent we will use as long as we are in greenville.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Bennett (with the Wondracek Group) was awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the area, took the time to answer all of our (crazy) questions through house hunting and the house buying process. I loved that she didnt jump right into her own opinions when we looked at homes but waited until we could form our own judgments and then gave us her advice. Having a background in home building and renovations, she was able to show us things about each house that we may not have noticed that were red flags (but good things too). And she had some good recommendations on what to do to improve the home we ended up buying to make it work best for us. I was really happy with Cathy.

ZillowVERIFIED Both our sellers and buyers agents were professional, proactive, easy to work with and exceeded our expectations. We moved into our forever home literally 3 months after we made the decision to move and much of that is thanks to their hard work.We would not be in our perfect-for-us forever home if it werent for our sellers motivation that led to multiple offers which led to getting more than our asking price. And then our buyers agents relentless determination to find THE home for us and then get the price we needed to make it ours. If we werent already in our forever home, we would definitely use them again! But alas, all we can do now is sing their praises which we do often. THANK YOU ROBIN & BR!
