He went out of his way, literally, driving 15-20 miles to do video walk-throughs of several properties that we asked to see. Ultimately, he found our house for us! We gave him some clear direction on our needs, wants and desires and he listened and just got it; he called us back in a couple days and told us "I found your house." He was not wrong. ZillowVERIFIED I was on Zillow.com when I clicked on a house I liked. The next morning Zillow called me and ask if it would be OK if they connected me with an agent who could arrange for me to see the property. I said OK, mostly because I was curious about Zillow and their concierge service and I was sure that I would never hear from anyone again. Kevin (Zillow recommended realtor) called me a few hours later and immediately set up a date and time to meet with me at the property I liked. He asked me about my desired location, house/condo style and budget and if I would be interested in seeing a few additional properties that met my criteria. I agreed and for the first time I didnt do my own research, download apps and scour websites. I decided to wait and see if Kevin was as confident, tenacious, and professional as he sounded on the phone. Besides, if it didnt work out, everyone I know has a realtor referral. When I met Kevin and Marcus, I liked them both right away. They were knowledgeable about the local market and trends, houses and architecture, and most importantly they understood that I was a recently divorced Mother to a young son, living on a tight budget and looking for the perfect home in an area with limited options. After two weeks, in the middle of January we found the perfect place. They negotiated a great deal, handled the paperwork flawlessly, advised me during the inspections, and guided me during the financing phase. I trusted their opinions and expertise and I had a lot of laughs throughout. I'm truly grateful to Marcus and Kevin for always being honest with me. For keeping the details straight and for being my advocate. I LOVE my new home!! I'm so happy we met. I would never recommend anyone else.

We began our search knowing we wanted a historic home, with land that didnt need a lot of updating but was restored properly. Turns out thats kind of rare. In our search we looked at around 20 plus properties, in that time Donna was always patient, flexible and fun to be around when it seemed like we would never find a place to call home. We received weekly sometimes daily emails with new homes on the market from her she thought may be a good fit. She always stayed in our price range, and kept true to our vision when doing her regular search for us. Finally we thought we found our home, The day of the inspection went miserably, we knew after repair and updating itd be wellOver our budget and a headache, we pulled out immediately. The next day Donna was ready to go once again with 5 or 6 homes to look at, confident she would be able to find our dream home. None of them were a perfect match, just when we were about to drive back to the office, she got word a home with land built in 1800 was coming on the market the next day, we drove by to see if it was of our interest. Not only did we love it, but it was the home we had fallen in love with months ago when it wasnt on the market! The next day Donna made sure we were the first ones to see it! Love at first site! The process and closing on it was quite the journey, but luckily we had Donna to be there to answer questions, and Work hard to get us this home. We couldnt have done this without her, and not only just because she was our agent but because she became our friend, Donna is the kind of person you hope for in this business. She was knowledgeable about the market, the local neighborhoods she was helpful when looking at the foundation, construction even down to the appliances in the home. Always respectful, kind, hardworking and fun to be around in what can be challenging. Through the last few months there were some tears, sadness, frustration and sometimes feeling like giving up on our half, Donna went above and beyond to support us and ensure wed find a place that wasnt just a house but a home for us, as well as our golden retrievers retirement home. As a whole the Marrin Santore Realty runs as a team a family supporting each other even Marcus was helpful in the process! Who better to trust to find a place to call home then family. ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcus. He worked with us for months to find our home. For most of those months we were going to see 3-5 houses (sometimes more) every weekend and then some during the week. Every house I sent him that we wanted to see we would see it within the next couple days. He always got back to us and always made plenty of time for us. He made us feel like we were his only clients even though we knew he had many others. What I really liked about him is that he was honest with his opinion. He knew what we wanted and if it looked like we were about to settle for something less than we wanted, he would tell us. And the times where the house was something we were looking for and it was perfect "on paper" but we still didn't feel like it was our home he understood and didn't push it on us (which we had experienced in the past from others). When I was discouraged he would remind me our home was out there and that he would do everything in his power to get us there. He is a true blessing to us and we know we will continue to be friends!
