Marcus was born and raised in Merced, California and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, ranging from every corner bakery and fine restaurant to the personality and history of every neighborhood in the city he loves so much. Coming from humble beginnings, Marcus' family spent many days in line at the local Food Bank which is why he gives back by donating a percentage of each commission check to The Salvation Army and the Merced County Food Bank whose sole mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of food banks and engage in the fight to end hunger. Last year, he was able to give over 38,000 meals back to the hungry in Merced County. When not in the office, Marcus enjoys being outdoors in the California sun bodyboarding, hiking, cycling, golfing and working out.
