Melissa was so awesome. She made it her goal to personalize our experience, while taking care of others as well as us. Melissa spent a lot of time working with us during our search for a house in downtown Mobile. She always made herself available to answer questions and address concerns we had and did an outstanding job of assisting us through the purchase and closing process. After purchasing our new home, Melissa advised us on preparing our existing house for sale and did a good job of researching the market to determine a realistic listing price to get the house sold. The house went under contract within a week! Once again Melissa was always available to advise us and answer questions as they came up. We found Melissa to be professional, confident and easy to work with. She was never pushy and did an excellent job of helping us through our decision-making process.
