She refused to pay my real estate agent her commission and my agent had to take her to arbitration through the Space Coast Association of Realtors to get it back. My agent won arbitration and Ms. Bolt was required to pay her. What should have been a slam dunk, cash transaction/close immediately purchase was extremely difficult as Ms. Bolt refused to work with or communicate with my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED It started with a very frustrating 180 days with another real estate agent and company. My wife and I were discouraged with the entire process and really were not sure just what to do. Well that's when things changed. The very first call with Laura (Inside Sales Associate) for Tropic Coast was something different. Her tone, confidence, and explanations peaked our interest. Finally an agency who did not trash Zillow and the evolving E-Commerce real estate market. We knew folks were using Zillow and other locators to find homes so why not adapt and learn to use the resource? We agreed to meet with Marcie Bolt (owner of Tropic Coast Realty) only after they researched our property and determined if our selling price was within range for our market and location. That was interesting in itself since most agencies will take any listing and do just that, "list it". We met with Marcie and within a few moments we decided to hire Tropic Coast. She promptly walked our entire home and developed a list of must change or must go decorations, furniture, and even developed and staged un-used rooms in our home with her furniture and decorations. Outside was no different, "pressure wash the driveway now" I need new drone photos to showcase the home and the location. Paint the house, if you need a painter here is his number, he is fairly priced, does a great job, and it will improve the home's curb appeal. We have to make this home "POP" it's waterfront property at the top of the market price structure. Well we took all the suggestions (made it professional not emotional) and the end result- WE SOLD THE HOME IN 23 DAYS! So don't think for a minute that the right realtor and agency is not important. Marcie and her entire team were responsive, professional, personable, and worked diligently to help us sell our home! Thanks Tropic Coast Realty!

As a former realtor, I went out with her one day put one offer on a home, she never had the courtesy of contacting me again. Not about the offer, nor other listing. Marcie had worked with this builder before, and was successful in getting a couple of discounts and incentives that were not technically available at the time. Even when my lender made a substantial error that was discovered on the day of closing, Marcie was instrumental in resolving the issue. and making sure the closing happened on time...with minimal out of pocket on our part. Marcie was kind, caring, attentive, and always quick to respond to the few questions we had (we rarely had any, because she was pretty darn proactive). We really felt like we had her in OUR corner. We WILL use Marcie when the time comes to sell our home in a few years. Highly recommended!!!
