ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia was exactly what we needed. We have worked with many realtors over 50+ years and Marcia surpassed them all. She is the total package and wants success for all parties and works hard towards that goal. I would look to use her again in the future though we have moved out of California. God Bless you Marcia and thank you for all you do!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia did an excellent job getting me top dollar for my home... and items at my estate sale! She provided me with exceptional service and support throughout the entire process. Her recommendations and eventually my willingness to listen and adapt, like allowing a sign and lockbox when I saw another realtor trying to enter my neighbor?s house, likely contributed to the success of the sale. After living in the same house for 21 years, it was a significant life event. Having a dedicated and helpful broker to assist me with everything from decluttering and preparing for the sale, to the actual transaction was a blessing. She also helped me with my estate sale and my move halfway across the country. Marcia?s patience, kindness and great sense of humor went a long way in making the selling process enjoyable, especially during potentially stressful times. She understood my unique situation with dogs and working from home and was accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend Marcia for selling your home. I had a positive and satisfying experience working with her and I am so very appreciative for her support and everything she did for me. I hope this glowing review helps you to make the right decision of hiring Marcia Schultz for all of your real estate needs! She is one of the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia is the ultimate Professional with a capital P!!! She is compassionate and patient, walked us through our life changing experience. It wasnt just a house sale. It was the selling of a HOME that my husband and I lived in for many many years. Marcia was always there, day, night and weekends. Such a comfort. We would recommend Marcia to all our friends and family...
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the first day I met Marcia she guided me through a process I?ve never faced before making the sale of the house understandable. Each and every step in the process Marcia explained and guided me through with ease all the while I was working, which took me out of state a couple times. Marcia also helped me with my next home, we talked for about half an hour about what I was looking for and later that evening I got a message from Marcia suggesting I check out this one Particular property. I went to see this home and fell in love with it the moment I arrived. I?m now sitting on my back patio enjoying the comforts of our home. Thank you for all you have done for us! ??
ZillowVERIFIEDI didn?t know Marcia. Walked in the real estate office and I guess it was her turn for the next stranger who walked in. She was the agents we spoke to. I had no idea how savvy she was going to be. Excellent, proactive and truly a sellers agent. Big mistake if you pick someone else.
