ZillowVERIFIED Marcia was my sister's buyers' agent and when we decidedA we were moving back to the Milwaukee area from out of state, my sister said, "You've got to work with Marcia!" We reached out to her before we even moved and she was so quick to reply and start helping us. She set up an online portal search so we could start looking at houses fitting our criteria. Once we got to Wisconsin, we started looking at houses within a couple of days, and Marcia was always responsive, helpful, and honest. We saw some houses that we knew prettyA quickly weren't going to be a good fit, and we appreciated that Marcia was never pushy and wasn't afraid to point out negatives that she saw as well. After just a couple showings, it felt like Marcia really understood what we were looking for. Marcia suggested the house that we ended up buying, and she helped us write a really competitive offer that was accepted the same day! We had some really negative experiences with realtors in the past, so working with Marcia was like coming up for a breath of fresh air. We HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely be working with her again in the future! :)
