ZillowVERIFIEDLadies and Gentleman, if you're looking for Agent, look no more. I don't know where to begin. I cannot thank Marcellus enough for his time, hard work, dedication and most of all patience during this process. I was a ball of nerves and he made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout the entire process. I would recommend him a million times over.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Marcellus for OVER A YEAR to find and to purchase my first home. I was nervous going into the process being single and a woman. However, he made the experience as painless as possible with his constant communication and explanations of every step. He even went so far as to help me figure out the best financing options for my income and the type of home I wanted. I was extremely impressed with how trustworthy and persistent he was. Even when I got frustrated and wanted to give up, he encouraged me. I would enthusiastically recommend him to any person looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Mr. Kendell was awesome. I had been in my home for 16 years so the decision to sell was very emotional but necessary. He made an emotional time bearable. My home was listed on a Sunday and he presented me with a contract on that Wednesday. Mr. Kendell is very professional, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Kendell exceeded my expectations by selling my home in 3 days. This is particularly important since I had previously listed my house for approximately six months and was unable to sell. Mr. Kendell listed the house on a Wednesday which resulted in offers (2) on the following Friday and Monday. Closing took place inside of 45 days without any major problems. He made time to meet the inspector and appraiser at the house since I was unable to get leave. He is a very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and respectful young man that was very easy to work with. He was referred to me by a long time friend and colleague who also spoke very highly of him. Thank you Mr. Kendell for you assistance and support. DLG XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO
