He knows the area very well and provided spot on information regarding listing price and time frame to sell. He also insisted on having my home professionally photographed which is a must in an internet driven shoppers market. Marc made this stressful event much less stressful and that is worth a million to me!

He is very reliable on many levels. Marc is always on time for any appointment. Many times he stayed at our home to meet with contractors (in our absence) as repairs were done after our home inspection. He is a man of integrity and fairness. It was great knowing I could trust and rely on Marc, and he was always easily accessible by phone/email, easy-going, ego-free, knowledgable, and went above and beyond on too many occasions to list, but one that really stands out is going over to check on the property after hurricane sandy ravaged parts of NJ. Having had some bad experiences with real estate brokers that acted more like used car salesmen, Marc is one of the good ones!!
