ZillowVERIFIEDMarc sold our Amesbury home in the spring of 2016. From the first time we met right through the close Marc was outstanding! Great local market knowledge, always available for phone calls, and a very calming influence during the entire process. If you're looking to sell your house, look no further. We highly recommend Marc!

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to being a first time homeowner and Marc was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Whenever I had any questions, he was a phone call, text, or e-mail away and would respond quickly. Marc was available to check out different properties quickly and willing to explore different towns. He was positive in every step I took and made me feel comfortable and a priority in the entire process of buying a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough about our recent experience buying a home with Marc Ouellet. Marc was extremely patient and understanding of our busy schedules and always made sure to work around us and our needs. We were not the easiest to satisfy but Marc didn't give up and worked with us for weeks to find the perfect home! He has great knowledge of the area and was able to help us find everything on our wish list. We have been in our home for 3 months now and we could not be any happier with our purchase. Fantastic Realater and would recommend him to anyone both selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Marc was great when we were buying in Amesbury area in 2014. He was prompt in arranging showings, available when we needed him, and did a great job advising us on an offer and negotiating a final offer that allowed us to get a great price and other incentives that were essential to us in closing the deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Marc was our realtor for the sale of our house in Newburyport. Marc is a life-long resident of Newburyport and his knowledge of this city and all the surrounding towns is so beneficial. He was always there for us whether to answer a question or to simply advise us. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Top-notch, honest, hard-working; a true professional. I highly recommend Marc.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at and eventually purchased a home in Exeter, NH with Mar's help. We moved from Ohio after selling our home there. It was no easy task trying to do so many things when you live in another state. Marc made the process go smoothly. He was quick to answer our questions and set up appt or get us information to make it all happen in our timeframe. He was awesome and we highly recommend Marc Ouellet.
