I have a good understanding of what rehab costs will look like, how to get creative with financing options, and what monthly expenses will be on a particular property. In the slight chance you are interested, here is a little bit about me, the person: o I am a family man - Married, 3 kids (2 girls and 1 boy); I am a brother to many - and love to spend quality time with my people; family and friends included. o Love sports - playing and watching (especially the NY Giants, Penn State, and Boston Celtics). o Enjoy being active and exploring different things o I studied Kinesiology at Penn State and spent 15+ years in the Fitness Industry, so exercise is still a very big part of my life. o I find little to be more relaxing than sitting in my back yard on a warm summer day sipping on a quality beer. Here is a little about me the 'Professional': o After graduating from Penn State and working in the Wilkes-Barre and Philadelphia areas for a few years, I moved back to Central and NEPA and have owned and/or operated businesses in Fitness, Consulting, and Real Estate ever since. o I have over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, having traveled all over the country to learn best practices from industry leaders in both. o I began investing in Real Estate in 2013 and it was the best financial decision I've ever made. It led to me getting my Real Estate Sales License.
