• I began investing in income properties in 2013, so I have the benefit of having learned about Real Estate as a consumer and investor first. This gives me unique experience and perspective on what to look for when buying a home. I have a good understanding of what rehab costs will look like, how to get creative with financing options, and what monthly expenses will be on a particular property. My skillset as a business owner and sales person, gives me an incredible edge in negotiations and in listing properties for sale.
In the slight chance you are interested, here is a little bit about me, the person:
• I am a family man - Married, 3 kids (2 girls and 1 boy); I am a brother to many - and love to spend quality time with my people; family and friends included.
• Love sports - playing and watching (especially the NY Giants, Penn State, and Boston Celtics).
• Enjoy being active and exploring different things
• I studied Kinesiology at Penn State and spent 15+ years in the Fitness Industry, so exercise is still a very big part of my life.
• I find little to be more relaxing than sitting in my back yard on a warm summer day sipping on a quality beer.
Here is a little about me the 'Professional':
• After graduating from Penn State and working in the Wilkes-Barre and Philadelphia areas for a few years, I moved back to Central and NEPA and have owned and/or operated businesses in Fitness, Consulting, and Real Estate ever since.
• I have over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, having traveled all over the country to learn best practices from industry leaders in both.
• I began investing in Real Estate in 2013 and it was the best financial decision I've ever made. It led to me getting my Real Estate Sales License. I am currently working toward my brokers license and several designations.

• My skill-set as a business owner and sales person, gives me an incredible edge in negotiations and in listing properties for sale.
• I am now a full time Realtor and manage a team of local Realtors serving Central and NEPA.
