In addition, being courteous , patient, respectful, honest and ethical make these agents ones we were able to trust. They managed both the search and purchase of our new home and sale of our old one. ZillowVERIFIED A few years ago we moved to San Diego from the east coast and in that process we experienced all the challenges that prospective homeowners go through in this part of the country. High prices, sparse inventory and cut throat buyer competition. To compound this problem we had certain requirements (elementary/middle school combination, rental lease expiration timing, house size, interest rates etc) that proved to be challenging for any realtor wishing to help us out. We had given up hopes of home ownership until we happened to meet Craig Lotzof. His sincerity, commitment and determination to find us the right home gave us the confidence and the energy to resume our home search. Thanks to his knowledge of the area we saw several homes that fit our requirements. When we did find the one that we wanted to move forward with, there were certain things about the transaction that weren't in our favor and we were willing to give in but he stood firm and ensured that we didn't inherit problems that would end up costing us a lot of money in the longer run. His attention to detail and his diligence for every little aspect that could potentially go wrong and cause us problems down the road, made us feel that our investment was in safe hands. I guess wee started our journey to buy a home but ended up making a great friend who has your back...... After our purchase, we have referred Craig to our close friends and all of them have ended up indicating that they their home ownership wouldn't have been possible had it not been for him and his team. There are a lot of choices when it comes to realtors out there and sometimes it's hard to determine who could be the right one for you. I can certainly say that you can't be in better hands if you have Craig on your team....

They were able to give us excellent advise and guided us through the negotiating process beautifully. We are extremely happy with the result. They went above and beyond in helping to coordinate whatever needed to be done on the property (we were not living there and so we were not always able to see to things ourselves). We would not hesitate to recommend them to represent someone (as either a buyer or a seller). If we have need of realtors in the future, they would be our first choice.
