Marc was very easy to work with. He kept me apprised of what was happening with the sale of my property. His assistance with pricing the property was "spot on". Consequently, the property sold quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Not enough praise for Marc Griner and his group!! I honestly can't recommend him enough. My wife and I recently faced a long distance move with a very tight window to find a house in Houston. Unsure how to go about finding the right realtor, Marc came to us by way of recommendation from family and friends. After our first conversation with Marc on the phone, my wife and I were already extremely comfortable and excited to work with Marc and get the process started. An hard worker, he constantly went above and beyond in working with our schedules, accommodating us however he could and went out of his way to even show us homes on his birthday one Saturday. We were very impressed how quickly he grasped the home we wanted for our family and throughout the process gave us an honest and professional opinion regarding homes we looked at. With his deep understanding of the market, its trends and the Houston area, Marc was able to teach the pros and cons of each home and the area it was in. Not once did we ever get the impression that we were bothersome or that we were being pushed to buy a home at the top of our budget. Marc's personality constantly shone through as a friend trying to help a friend find and do what would be best for them and their family. On top of all this, he's a one-stop shop in that he's established some reputable contacts in the insurance, title and interior decoration services that we were fortunate to take advantage of.He will tell you several times that his goal is to become your realtor for life. At the end of the day, Marc Griner earns that title and we can't thank or recommend him enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful buying experience with the Griner Group on my last house purchase. I ha e had 4 homes in 10 years and the best realtor experience was with Marc Griner. He knew my budget, understood what I expected for a new home, and did not waist my time on viewing options. I bought the second house he showed me and he worked professionally all the way through closing and post follow up. I highly recommend the Griner Group for a hassle free buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Marc was very helpful with suggestions to help sell my house quickly. He was patient with me when I didn't want to make certain changes and was able to eventually persuade me to do so. He provided immediate feedback from each person that viewed my house and analytical data for the area on a regular basis.

ZillowVERIFIED The work done was outstanding in the sale of my home, 20818 Katie Marie Ct, Cypress, TX 77433 in Dec 2014. It started from the first step of having Marc Griner's recommended photographer take the most incredible pictures to post online which aided in the quick sale of my house in less than a month. The hard work and professionalism that Marc Griner and team offers cannot be topped by any other realtor. I received multiple offers within the first week of my house being put on the market and with Marc's excellent negotiation skills, I was able to close the deal being extremely satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Marc came to our rescue when my husband and I found out we were pregnant and in need of a bigger home. Within a two-week period, Marc made almost a dozen appointments with homes that met our specific requirements and worked weekends and evenings to show us all of the houses that he personally approved of. We found the house that we wanted and he had us approved and signed within the month! We feel that Marc went the extra mile with us, and always with a smile and a wonderful attitude. I will recommend Marc for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the pleasure of working with Marc in the past, years ago in another business transaction. He is bright, energetic, and always goes that extra mile. Thanks again Marc for your expert advice.... Again! He showed me lots in my area and a couple of homes for investment purposes. His honesty and knowledge is much appreciated. I do no like to feel like I am being pushed to buy something. So Marc is a refreshing change for me. Everyone needs a trusted doctor, lawyer, car mechanic, and Realtor! Well, if you haven't found the others, at least you have found your Realtor! Thanks so much Marc!

ZillowVERIFIED I've been looking for homes for investment property. Marc has the ability to listen to what I need and provide me opportunities that fit my budget and taste. Previous agents sent me a bunch of listings and see if any stick. I appreciate the individual service. I think that's the difference in the agent that's so established they don't have time for "small pototoes" and the agent that truly has an interest in building the right reputation and business.

ZillowVERIFIED I've struggled for over a year to find something due to my financial limits and challenge of having to be at Cy Woods High School. I have dealt with other Realtors but no one ever really was interested in helping since it was just a lease. Marc "Thank You" for sticking with me and my girls in finding exactly what I needed! You are the best. When the time comes to buy you will hear from me. I'm TELLING ALL Marc is the man with your plan. Thanks again for everything. E. Wright
