Not enough praise for Marc Griner and his group!! I honestly can't recommend him enough. My wife and I recently faced a long distance move with a very tight window to find a house in Houston. Unsure how to go about finding the right realtor, Marc came to us by way of recommendation from family and friends. After our first conversation with Marc on the phone, my wife and I were already extremely comfortable and excited to work with Marc and get the process started. An hard worker, he constantly went above and beyond in working with our schedules, accommodating us however he could and went out of his way to even show us homes on his birthday one Saturday. We were very impressed how quickly he grasped the home we wanted for our family and throughout the process gave us an honest and professional opinion regarding homes we looked at. With his deep understanding of the market, its trends and the Houston area, Marc was able to teach the pros and cons of each home and the area it was in. Not once did we ever get the impression that we were bothersome or that we were being pushed to buy a home at the top of our budget. Marc's personality constantly shone through as a friend trying to help a friend find and do what would be best for them and their family. On top of all this, he's a one-stop shop in that he's established some reputable contacts in the insurance, title and interior decoration services that we were fortunate to take advantage of.He will tell you several times that his goal is to become your realtor for life.
